Think they should give up on their co.uk shop as there's no help for customers who want to return orders from the UK. At the very least this could be clear, transparent and obvious at checkout. Bought a coat that turned out to be a bit small so I wanted to return it, get a refund a and buy a larger size. I just have to chance it without a return label to send it to Denmark as they don't provode return labels to the UK. The coat was worth 50 quid. Tracked delivery to Denmark would be 14 quid and god knows what happens when it goes through customs in Denmark because of Brexit as it's worth more than 39 quid. When there was no help from customer service and I said I'm not buying from here again, the patronising agent thought she was being super friendly by telling me there are other nice clothes shops to buy from and clearly didn't care or have a clue what the issue is here. If you're going to pretend to be a UK shop with your co.uk, at least offer proper customer service as well. They just expect customers to know all UK/EU trading legislation so long as they have a Danish address on their website and are not clear at checkout what returning an item looks like. The obly information they give you about returning an item is to send it to them with no returning label. No information on how to label the parcel, RMA etc. I had to Google all of that as they clearly have no clue how to trade outside of the EU. I've aaled for this information twice without any response so they won't even allow me to return a product I can't use.

I had an issue with my package. Couldn't find any email on their website, only an inquiry form which I filled a month ago. No one ever got back to me. Honestly shocking.

I can add for your answer that it is Not True and you lie here. You told me you can do nothing and you dont take responsibility for Post and now You Write me here that you contacted Gls etc seriously what a shame to try here to Look good when you know how you treat customers

I got the feeling that they didn't believe me, I had to send them photos of the parcel which I had already thrown away at that point. Anyway, the parcel wasn't damaged so the mistake must be in their packaging proces. At last they asked me to fill out a form for DHL which they could have easily filled out with the information at hand. During all those mails between them and me, the missing items sold out so now I'm bummed as I really needed these items. Hopefully I will get a refund.

I was kept well informed on the parcels progress and the coat itself is gorgeous, if you’re debating getting a winter coat for your child on the site I definitely recommend mini a ture. I didn’t realise the winter coat I ordered actually comes with thumb holes on the inner sleeve cuff! Which I’m thrilled about as my daughter is a firm glove hater 😅 so I now have a way to keep her hands warm without gloves! I don’t know if this is true for all their styles of coats but was definitely a plus for me!! (We got the Matwally fleece style)

DO NOT BUY HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO RETURN AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK.
Package has been returned longer than a month and a half month ago. Almost 2 months now. They keep replying they will give my money back with some excuses why it would take longer that are not making sense with earlier replies. I'm waiting for a lot of money to get back at me. It's terrible.
