Awful customer service

Item arrived wedged in a box too small for it. Emailed the email address on their website and it bounced back. Called to ask about that and they provided me with another one (Hallmark Consumer apparently deal with the customer service for House of Paws). Emailed the new email and had no reply for a week. Called them again, we tried to communicate via email to send pictures but their email service for some reason doesn't work. I have given up and assume the loss.

Poor customer service

I bought one of their products through Wilko but it was not of the standard I required so I asked to return it in line with Wilko policy. It took wilko two weeks to arrange the collection and two weeks later I have still not received a refund. Wilko are blaming the supplier house of paws, for not responding to their requests for information, so this review is a warning, if they cannot reply to a company that spends thousands with them they probably won’t respond to your either. When I called they would not help me or even confirm they had received the goods, which were sent directly to them. I have now raised with my credit card company. All a giant waste of time for a product that was really not fit for purpose.
