I order Four items on November 5, 2017 and as of today’s date almost 3 months later I receive nothing but generic emails telling me my order has been shipped out I feel like I was scammed out of $400 and not one person from this company is willing to help me yet they block me off their social media sites for posting and asking why a company would do this or why their customer service treat their customers this way. I would never ever order from this place again and I am reporting them for what they have done

I would put no stars if possible. I ordered swimwear from them 6 months ago and have contacted them numerous times with no response. I am disgusted, angry and upset. I want a full refund now not the items. I have reported them to consumer affairs and waiting for an outcome. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FAKE RIP OF ARTISTS.

I placed an order Nov5,2017 never received an update or the swimwear shipped... I emailed near end of December to be told it would be shipped that weekend and we are now in January 5,2018 .. I’ve received nothing no update nor swim wear clearly took my money and I got nothing in return!! Now I’m dispute these transaction with my bank since these types of website owners just want to take our money without presenting a product!!!Buyers Beware ! it’s now Feb 21,2018 and this company want to say they shipped the producted and it got sent back !!! Lies, lies, lies ..! I just want my money back ! I wish I would have read all these reviews before placing an order .. I also tried to post on their IG page and my comment got deleted !! I will soon go public on my page and tag other social media websites to make sure my messages get across to other buyers ..since they delete our post concerning our orders. I’m all for small business but this business really pisted me off taking my money !!

if it were up to me i would give them no stars. from the comments i read below i went through the exact same thing. they tried to flip it back on me and make me look like the bad guy because i called my credit card company and told them what was going on and i wanted my money back. the only reason why i did that was because i sent over 5 emails and i didn't get a response back. Finally yesterday i got an email back saying that i got a refund but im still trying to get the product. and thats not the case. as you know the credit card company has to do an investigation and will get back to you once it's completed. i didn't receive a call so i continued to email them.

one of the swim suits were for a bride, which her wedding past and she did not receive the product.

the people are rude and very unprofessional. they need to learn some customer services skills because running a business like this, it's so important to know how to speak to your customers. i will never buy or even look at their IG page and I'll make sure to let all my friends and family know that these people are ridiculous and never to buy from them.

I'm sad because this is a canadian business and i like to support my fellow canadian's but this one just takes the whole cake.

I order 2 swimsuits back in MARCH 2017, and we are now in OCTOBER 2017... 7 months later and NOTHING! Email after email I sent, because there is no phone number to contact and I would either get NO RESPONSE or was told the order is waiting to be picked up by the courier.

I NEVER received a tracking number despite being told it has been shipped. When I contacted them via Chat, Email or Instagram I was treated so poorly. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! You would think they would be understanding and apologetic, nope they acted like it was my fault and I should be more patient. Which is a joke at this point. Like someone else mentioned in one of the comments below:

"They are scammers and wise to tell you the items are custom made so wait 4-7 weeks for shipment. By then you can't dispute the charge. Sent emails and gotten no response whatsoever. Do not buy. Don't give away your money because you will not see your product."

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY TRUE! I TRIED DISPUTING THE CHARGE SINCE I REALIZED THE PRODUCT WOULD NEVER COME AND THE BANK TOLD ME ITS PAST THE 60 DAYS THEY GIVE TO DISPUTE. SO ITS PRETTY CLEVER TO SAY 4-6 WEEKS PLUS SHIPPING TIME BECAUSE THEY JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY AND THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO.

I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS! I TRIED TO WARN OTHERS ON INSTAGRAM AND MY COMMENT WAS DELETED AND I WAS MESSAGED SAYING MY COMMENTS WERE NOT GOING TO BE TOLERATED. ALL I SAID WAS DON'T BUY FROM THEM THEY WON'T EVER SEND THE PRODUCT, TO BEWARE.

I AM GOING TO REPORT THEM TO BBB AND TRY TO CONTACT INSTAGRAM TO SEE IF THEIR PAGE CAN BE REMOVED SINCE ITS JUST A SCAM TO STEAL MONEY.

DON'T BUY!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I HOPE KARMA BITES THIS BUSINESS OWNER IN THE BEHIND. BECAUSE WHAT IS TAKING PLACE IS COMPLETELY UNETHICAL AND IMMORAL.

I have ordered from this company several times and I have been let down each time. One bathing suit was made differently than it appeared on the site, instead of sheer panels they sent me black paneling which completely changed the look of the whole suit. I emailed in asking why this was done and reciebed no respinse. I ordered a bikini back in May and still haven’t received it, and we’re about to go into October. Out of the many emails I sent in, I received only one email back stating it will be mailed. Never received tracking info or the suit, or any follow up email response since. I have another suit I ordered a month ago I’ve yet to hear about. Probably won’t see it if I do at all until Christmas time. I’ll never order from this company again. I’ve sent several emails and haven’t heard back from them. Totally ridiculous

I spent almost $1,500 on several suits and accessories on May 25, 2017. They said they sent rush but there was no evidence of this. I STILL have not received everything. I have sent at least 4 emails with "URGENT" and "Need IMMEDIATE RESPONSE" in the subject line with no response. I sent a very sweet email from one business owner to another with fair solution proposals. I also hand make my products so there is no excuse. Their suits are OBVIOUSLY not the quality they claim. Uneven cuts, jewels falling off, cheap jewelry from china (still in chinese wholesale packaging when I received), and stitching pops when you try it on. It is September 20th and I still don't have over $400 worth of products!!! This pricing reflects a 50% off discount as well (which they always give and then try to say they won't even do an exchange on "sale items" even though its still on their site for same price). So they still have $800 worth of items I havent received. All I want is a refund for the items I havent received. I offered to send back everything i do have once I have the refund for what I havent received (because who knows - they may just take what i did get back and say they never got it). I'd still be taking a risk sending back the rest. I even tried to make it easy on them and offered to just send back three products and try to resell the rest on my own so they have "less to deal with". But they remain unwilling to make anything right. They just keep offering to "alter" whats wrong but summer is over! and again I don't trust to get my items back at all, let alone in a timely manner since 4 months later - I'm still going back and forth with them!! They don't even seem to care that Ive threatened to sue. Well its not an empty threat and hopefully I'll save some other people from this horrible business. I will also be bringing my case to the BBB.

Received them at our hotel this weekend in Vegas, went out of the way to ship them to us at our vacation destination last minute. Matching suit for my little girls unlike anything Ive seen anywhere else. Brilliant service and suits are more beautiful in person.
Awaiting the children's line, no doubt will be as wonderful as the women's swimsuits, hopefully you do mens soon too ladies !

Absolutely love smooch and would never ship anywhere else 💕 My personal opinion is that these bad reviews all sound like the same person with the same crazy story and from my experience and what I have heard from everyone that shops with Smooch is always the best of the best . I love you girls and I can't wait to buy more . I got my order after waiting months. I ordered two swimsuits one of the swimsuits was used it has stains and the private areas poor quality the second swimsuit has Cuts in the fabric. This is the worst swimsuit company ever would never recommend them go to beach bunny instead or there is OMG swimsuits that are very nice that I ordered from them after this company and receive them first.

Love my new Pink Lux Bunny! Great Service and came in perfect time for my Honeymoon!!!

UPDATE My original post "RUN you will never get your order and the company will continue to ignore you. Ruined my wife's birthday and stole our money. Could never provide a tracking number even after they claimed it shipped. RUN. I will continue to warn people I am retired and will make it a personal project to show people how bad this company treats it's customers. I demand a full refund Karmel. Shame on you and your company." Since then Karmel has been in contact with me and explained the challenges her company was going through. She rectified our order and even added in something extra. As a business owner I understand a company is only as good as their worst employee but it is also up to the owner to manage these situations and make good on shortcomings. Thanks Karmel for putting forth the extra effort.

If I could give this review a -10 I would!!! Their customer service is the absolute WORST I have ever experienced in my life! I ordered a bikini back in MAY and after numerous emails being ignored and a response back that my order had been missed TWICE, I finally recieved my bikini 3 MONTHS LATER (OF COURSE right as the deadline for exchanges ends) thats supposed to be the "Betty" (honestly the EASIEST bikini on their site that could possibly be made) and I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw what they sent me! My 3 year old niece could have sewn a better bikini and it looked NOTHING like what the pictures did online! I sent an email with pictures to prove how horrifying the bikini is and that they should be ashamed to say their bikinis are top quality when you can clearly buy 15 bathing suits from Ardenes for the price that she sells ONE for that is a million times better quality! I was surprised to even recieve an email back saying that the bikini looks fine, thats the way it should be and that they would offer me an exchange, but an exchange for what!? Another garbage bathing suit ill have to wait another 3 months for! I want my money back Karmel!! And it better be soon before I blast how poorly you treat customers and the horrible product you send to people who arent your friends or who dont help sell your product on social media! Your the definition of scam artist!

Pretty sure this company is a scam. Its been MONTHS and still have not received an email about my order, and Iv's sent alot of emails asking about my order. I have also left comments on their IG and the comment got deletd right away and got sent a DM message saying "orders and Instagram are 2 separate departments but give us your info and we will pass it along" So i gave them my info and they never even read the message! I left more comments asking where my order was and the company got VERY rude with me, ended up blocking me and they still have my money. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

Don't order from them you don't get your stuff they ignore your emails they delete any comments and get rude if you write on there instagram , I got told time after time it would get sorted out n believed because of all the web sites I'd get my order total scammers don't buy as your never get the product your just be ignored

I just revived my bubblegum Barbie suit and some accessories and I love them . Every time I have ordered I have had a great experience , everyone's been very nice and order came before the quoted time . I know many girls who order from here and absolutely love it

I agree with the other reviews, quality is horrible!!! I cannot believe I spent $200-300 for a bikini of that quality!!! The bikini is completely cut and sewn unevenly. It looks like I hand made it myself. The designs all look great on pictures, but it will NOT look like what u receive. I ordered 2 bikinis from them over a year ago and I have not been able to ever wear them. Waste of $600, save ur money, if I could go back in time I would and have never ordered. It's a shame to think the owner thinks she can put a price like that on those cheap quality bikinis!! Such a scam.

Do not I repeat do not order from this website! It's a scam and you won't receive your product period!!!!
