We recently visited Steve at Howdens,Ashington for our new kitchen. Having had a Howdens kitchen in our last house, we knew how good the quality was. We really wanted to specifically thank Steve for the excellent service he provided throughout the whole process.
From the moment we sat down,Steve was incredibly professional, efficient and clearly very knowledgeable about the full Howdens kitchen range and all the various options available, nothing was too much bother. Steve answered all our questions and emails promptly and understood exactly the look we were going for. Once measurements were done, he quickly came back with the design which we were delighted with -his attention to detail and product knowledge were outstanding. We never felt under any pressure sales wise so it was nice just to think things through, do a few "tweakments"until we were happy with the final design
Steve is a real credit to Howdens Ashington and we highly recommend you get him to design your next kitchen project. 5 star service from start to finish. Thank you Steve.

We visited Ashington Howdens and decided to have Steve Brown to come out to our home and design our kitchen. From first visit , planning and slight amendments. Steve has been outstanding, advising us what would work , offering alternatives, to a design we were happy with. He has kept in touch with advice for us and our builder. Just had my kitchen supplied and fitted from Howdens Ashington. Everything from the design to delivery has been 5 star. Steve’s design was amazing making great use of some very difficult workspace. Everything delivered in excellent condition and stored in my garage for easy access. I forgot a couple of things that I needed but Amanda and her team sorted everything professionally and speedily, nothing was too much trouble for them. Every time I visited the depot I was greeted by smiling, happy helpfully staff. I would definitely recommend this team and just have to say the new Bronze and Sandstone design looks absolutely gorgeous.

After struggling for various reasons to find a company to supply us with a new kitchen, we were recommended to go to Howdens in Ashington. We are so pleased that we did as from start to finish we received great customer care not only from Steve our designer but from all the staff in the depot. We are so pleased with the finish as although Steve listened to our needs, he was also quick to point out aspects that would/wouldn't work and we've ended up with a kitchen that we love thanks to his design. Highly recommend using the Ashington depot to anyone in the area as our fitters which work in the area were also excellent.

I recently purchased a new Chilcomb kitchen in dove grey from Howdens in Ashington. The service was faultless from start to finish and the staff were both friendly and professional. My kitchen arrived when stated with everything included that should have been and it looks great!!

The ladies were friendly, knowledgeable and couldn't do enough for me. Steve the designer was amazing and very professional from beginning to end. Graeme Smith and team who fitted my kitchen were professional, went above and beyond as nothing was a problem. (Highly recommend).

I can’t speak highly enough of howdens at Ashinghton they were so helpful and took all the stress away from us, they planned everything so it all ran smoothly. Amanda went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

The opening times are very helpful in the planning my day . The staff are very pleasant to deal with , whether it is a sale or a query. All of the products that I have purchased have been of excellent quality and value.

All I would like to say is :: Ashington branch is the best branch and the only branch I will use ! Amanda and all the gang are the best , helpful and friendly bunch I can’t say anymore then .. if you use another branch give Ashington a try !
