I recently bought a kitchen, an internal door and some other stuff from this branch. Every person I interacted with showed the best customer service, professionalism and trouble-shooting skills I have encountered in ages! Sahar, Henry, Joe, Charlotte, and even the delivery guy Marcelle (I think this is how their names are spelt; apologies if they are not!)! I cannot recommend this branch enough- they took away a lot of stress that renovation projects usually come with! Thank you team :)

A Dream Kitchen Designed by a Dream Team at Howdens Beckenham.

We recently had our kitchen designed by Sahar at Howdens Beckenham, I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, Sahar impressed us with her amazing design sense and her dedication to creating the perfect kitchen for our needs and budget. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, offering creative solutions and patiently answering all of our questions, no matter how big or small. Sahar also came out to our home on a couple of occassions to measure up to avoid any issues with the design/delivery.

Sahar's professionalism and approachable demeanor made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free, However, the excellence didn't stop there. On more that a few occassions I spoke with a lovely lady called Lee who was also very helpful and always happy to help, in fact, the entire team at Howdens Beckenham was fantastic. Every staff member we interacted with, from the initial consultation to the delivery of our kitchen, was incredibly professional and helpful. They were always available to address any concerns and ensured everything went smoothly.

From my experience, I would highly recommend Howdens Beckenham. Their commitment to customer satisfaction, exceptional design work, and very helpful staff make them the perfect choice. We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Chris was very helpful with another kitchen design. Listen careful to our needs and quickly produced a great design.

Cannot fault the service we received from the Beckenham branch. Had a kitchen designed by Chris and who came up with some brilliant ideas as to how we could maximise our space and storage. Chris was always available to help our builders with any queries they had when fitting the kitchen especially the corner larder and which is a brilliant new addition to the Howdens range.
Mark, the Branch Manager was also extremely helpful and always on hand to assist us with any issues we had when ordering the kitchen.
We also spoke with a lady called Jackie who was also available and assisted us throughout the process and including the worktop selection.
We now have the kitchen of our dreams and cannot thank Howdens Beckenham in helping us achieve this.

Musaf is an exceptional member of the Howdens Beckenham team. Nothing is to much trouble for him and he is by far one of the very best sales professionals I have ever come across. Musaf's customer service skills and willingness to always go the extra mile for customers is duly noted and very much appreciated. Outstanding customer service from Joe Jordan at the Howdens Beckenham branch. Very helpful and accommodating. Very knowledgeable on all products always quick and efficient

Staff at Beckenham branch always top draw from counter staff to warehouse on the ball in every aspect .

Good branch to deal with, friendly and helpful staff and well stocked. Few errors on deliveries but always resolved quickly. Generally. Reasonable discounts but on occasion, other competitors are a bit cheaper.

Excellent customer service from Sahar designer. Very helpful and accommodating to our needs in the new kitchen design and extras that went in the design process. Very good quality kitchen units and accessories too.

i went in howden to open account , unsure as i had an account years ago ,thought it might still exist .
i was attended by a lovely lady named lee.
Lee was so attentive helped me re establish an account and all paper work , everything was no trouble at all for her calm and smiling throughout the whole posses,
thank you lee well done . very pleased with the service .

Went to pick up some wardrobe doors on my van this morning and the guys were concerned about the doors flexing on the van and breaking the mirrored door and offered to deliver it for me.

I recently had a new kitchen designed by Chris in the Beckenham store, and it was top service.
Chris guided me through the ‘do’s and don’ts’, which resulted in a lovely space for my family and I to enjoy!

Lee was very helpful with the whole order ,couldn’t have expected more .

Chris Nagle at Howdens in Beckenham was extremely helpful. Listened to what I wanted and designed a great kitchen for me. The kitchen has just been delivered and I’m looking forward to it being installed in to my home.

It was great to see Joe back today after being off the last few weeks
I know he has been struggling lately and has had to take time off, but, as always he is the one I’ve dealt with over many years and like normal I was greeted with enthusiasm and left feeling that my custom was valued

Had a wrong kitchen unit delivered incorrectly, called beckenham & they bent over backwards to sort it, within 35mins had delivered new unit & collected wrong one.
Can't fault the branch has always looked after me over the years
