Really pleased with the service from Howdens. Reece was great to deal with throughout, helpful, responsive and made the whole process straightforward. Also worth mentioning the delivery driver who was genuinely really helpful unloading and accommodating. Great experience overall.

The cashier service at Bermondsey…
The cashier service at Bermondsey Howdens, is second to none.
Along with the shopping experience, for all the goods needed, for me to carryout my day, to day work.
The good service is so amazing, that I travel FAR from whatever location in London or whatever job site that I am on.
Just to get my tools and material that I need for job at hand, only from the Howdens Bermondsey site.
In other words the staff such as Recce, manager Wayne and kitchen sales Jade give you such a pleasant service, whilst you are shopping.
That it makes the start of mine or other customers day, so enjoyable enough, that I would travel offsite, from any location in or out of London, just to buy my materials from the BERMONDSEY site only, bypassing other Howden sites, along the way.
As the Bermondsey staffs welcoming into the shop moral on a daily basis, helps me to tolerate any miserable or pushy clients that I may have to work for or it allows me to cope with any potential site misfortunes too.
I truly believe that:
The Howdens Bermondsey site, is the keystone, definitely the leed or the flagship site, for all other Howdens sites, to set their customers service basis on.
The great customer sales service, as you walk into the store, also the great sales pitches and the gimmick sales days or weekends gets people like me, into thinking about buying more items or gets me to remember items that I had forgotten to buy.
Their different types of gimmick sales days or even their everyday sales pitch's is totally wonderful at all times and never overwhelming at all.
Many thanks to you guys at Bermondsey, for the many conversations and moral upkeep over the years.

A very positive experience
We had a very positive experience with Howdens. Our kitchen designer Martina was really helpful and patient from start to finish. She was a pleasure to deal with. It was our first time choosing a new kitchen and she made the whole process stress free and everything went smoothly. We are delighted with the results and with the quality of the cabinets and worktop.

Howdens has done two kitchens for us
We chose Howdens to put a new kitchen, worktops and appliances into our flat in SE1. Martina at the Bermondsey location was always helpful, cheerful, well informed of product options and of any promotions to help us with cost.
We were so pleased with the results, we asked Martina to help us refit a second kitchen for our daughter. Martina worked with us to refit new cabinets while preserving the existing Quartz countertop and most of the appliances.
The entire process has really been enjoyable!
