Ella is amazingly patient. Designing your kitchen involves a lot of decision making and she is with you every step of the way, making suggestions, updating plans and then updating them again when you inevitably change your mind. Delivery was smooth, we had a few things to return which were not needed, this was easily done in-store. Kitchen looks fab and is of a good quality, fitted by Tony who was one of the fitters Ella recommended. Highly recommend Bridgwater Howdens x

Bridgwater Howdens and Ella O'Grady have been helping me with some big kitchen and wardrobe projects recently.
From initial contact with the design, through to completion, my customers were very satisfied with the overall experience.
We did have a damaged door, but they managed to get it replaced within 2 days, further enhancing their customer service.
As a tradesman, this is a big part of the service you aim to provide.

We recently bought our kitchen from the Bridgwater branch and couldn't be happier with the result. Our sales designer, Ella, was absolutely brilliant from start to finish—attentive, helpful, and full of great ideas. The build quality of the units is top-notch. I decided to DIY the installation myself; the provided instructions were clear and straightforward, and whenever I had a quick question, the team at the branch offered fantastic support. Highly recommend!

She really listened to what we wanted, worked within our budget, and helped us choose a stunning colour scheme that we absolutely love. She designed a kitchen that not only looks beautiful but also works perfectly for us, with everything in exactly the right place. The whole experience was so easy and enjoyable thanks to Ella's knowledge, patience, and attention to detail. Howdens Bridgwater had the most helpful staff throughout this experience with Emma Fellows guidance and patience made this experience stress free even when I had second thoughts she was always available to listen to ideas and offer reassurance. The kitchen itself is great quality and I am over the moon with the final result!

always helpful, nothing to much trouble, just had delivery of my third kitchen, bridgwater branch run by shaun the manager, can,t be faulted, kitchen planning by ella,most helpful, pleasure to do buisness with them again. will be back.

First experience using Howdens! I used the Bridgwater branch. All the staff were helpful throughout. I tweaked the design resulting in changing several Items without issue.
Delivery was a little chaotic and difficult to keep track. Appliances are competitively priced (Bosch & AEG). The Lamona washing machine is quiet and easy to use, however the Lamona heat pump tumble dryer was a mistake. It’s noisy fiddly to use and takes twice as long as conventional dryers.
Overall, the Bridgwater team provided an excellent service. If the product is as good, I’ll be pleased

The customer had already purchased the doors & ironmongery from Howdens Bridgwater . Unfortunately the had made a mistake .
This was easily corrected with the help from Howdens Bridgwater.
We also purchased 3 2040mm door lining kits . Great service as always .

Went into the Bridgwater branch and dealt with Ella. She was fantastic - extremely helpful, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Kitchen was delivered very quickly with no hassles. The kitchen itself is very well made- high quality and we are chuffed to bits with it. Anyone looking to replace their old kitchen- I would highly recommend speaking to Ella.
