Firstly all I can say is Will Corfield what a guy service was second to none helped me every step of the way ensuring I was selecting the right quality doors for my house, knowledge and service was great couldn't of asked anything else of him, my order wasn't a great value but Will still went above an beyond to ensure I was happy, will definitely be back for goods

Disappointed with the after service when we expressed an opinion on the design of our kitchen - inexperienced staff who couldn’t answer our queries in the professional manner we would have hoped .

Order was rushed to get delivered on the day they said they had everything in stock. Wrong products sent to what we needed, which we had to take back to exchange. Some products they had sent didn’t match but couldn’t refund so ended up having to pay for them.
Didn’t have this issue when I was at another howdens branch

The designer was very good and couldn’t of been any more helpful

Fantastic service from the Cannock branch,from Gary at the start of our kitchen journey to the
excellent service from the design team. We had a huge range of options which we were able to consider before making a final choice.
Sarah was a real star and we are really pleased with the final design and choices of colours, worktops, et cetera. Quality is excellent, and would highly recommend.
There was a wide selection of fitters for us to contact which made getting the job started so much quicker.
The only slight problem came with delivery which is why it hasn’t scored a five out of five review and only a four.

After looking at various other companies for a new kitchen, utility room and flooring, we were very impressed with the no pressure sales and helpfulness from Scott M at Howdens Cannock. The whole process was hassle free and the end product is amazing value for money.

Excellent service front the Cannock branch right from the start, Kelly designed our kitchen perfectly switching it to something we hadn’t even thought about, nothing was too much trouble from start to finish, any questions she was there at the end of the phone or email. Thank you 😊

Recently needed an extra length of MDF skirting.As it needed to be the same profile, it was necessary to purchase from Howden. I successfully managed to purchase the skirting.(a fete in itself). As the skirtings are 4.2 in length I needed to cut it in half to get in my truck. I asked to use a saw ,which is normally available in all other trade outlets. No sir was the reply we do not have a saw available for customer use. However we can sell you one. Yes that is correct. Unbelievable. Enquireing for what reason, I was told for health and safety or they get stolen. Take your pick.
After futile discussion with counter and warehouse staff I was resolved to buying a saw, but not from Howden.
I walked across the car park to Screwfix shop and purchased the saw.
I don’t realistically expect my experience to influence anything. But I will not be using the store again.

Went into Howdens in Cannock for a kitchen design early morning. Kitchen was designed picked and delivered a couple of hours later. Service from the Cannock branch was excellent and delivery was brilliant with drivers helping into the house. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Visited Howden’s store today in Cannock, to purchase thumb turns and bathroom sash locks. The sales assistant Beth , was able to answer all my questions. I was satisfied with her knowledge and advice the best items to purchase. Her customer skills were outstanding, she was very professional and polite. Excellent service Beth

The service at howdens (Cannock branch) was amazing from the initial kitchen design to delivery. The kitchen I ordered is very well built and installation was very simple even for a DIY person.

Ordered Doors asked for a call when they were in didn’t get a call doos we’re ok bit thinner than i expected 15mm instead of 18mm(normal) but colour was good
So no major issues

Fantastic service from Howdens from start to finish. Sarah at the Cannock branch was brilliant, she really helped us to design a functional kitchen that incorporated all of our requirements. We had multiple meetings to ensure we were happy with the design and lots of email exchanges, nothing was an issue. We had a couple of items that arrived damaged or were missing and these were quickly and efficiently replaced without any issues. Thank you for helping us create our dream kitchen.

We chose the Elmbridge in Dove Grey for our kitchen and Elmbridge dusk blue for our utility.
