The customer service I received from Howdens was exceptional. From the outset, the team took great care to fully understand my requirements for both the kitchen design and the overall design of my home. The branch manager, Kevin, was particularly helpful; he consistently provided effective solutions, went above and beyond to assist, and demonstrated a level of customer service that I have not experienced in a long time.
All members of staff at the branch were professional, courteous, and welcoming, which made the entire experience very positive. Their advice, support, and guidance throughout the process were greatly appreciated. I will certainly be using this store for any future projects and would highly recommend their services.

A bit late to write this review, as it’s been a few months since we had our utility room designed and ordered from Howdens. Following our initial enquiry with the Lewisham branch, Farrah very quickly arranged to come to our house to take the required measurements needed to draw up a plan. We spoke to her about what we needed in terms of the units and she listened to all our ideas patiently. Her design was ready very quickly after that and she had cleverly designed the room to maximise storage and create a neat and tidy design. After placing the order, it took very little time to deliver the items for our builder to fit. We had a couple of last minute adjustments, and Kevin (the manager) provided excellent customer service to resolve any issues that arose. Kevin and Farrah were excellent at communicating with us throughout and we are simply delighted with our new utility room. It is rare to find such fabulous customer service in the retail world today so we were thoroughly impressed and would recommend Howdens to anyone looking to renovate their kitchen/utility space. Kevin and Farrah went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the final finishes, especially when it came to installing our quartz worktop. All in all, a fabulous experience. I’ve been working closely with Neil from the Lewisham Howdens branch, and I can honestly say that the level of service, care, and professionalism he provided was truly outstanding.

Designing a multifunctional kitchen that worked for my space and lifestyle wasn’t easy — it required thought, time, and a real attention to detail. Unlike other kitchen companies I visited, no one else took the time to truly check, measure, and understand where I wanted everything to go. That level of care and precision was completely missing elsewhere — but with Neil, it was front and centre from day one.

I changed the plan a few times throughout the process, and each time Neil remained patient, accommodating, and solution-focused. He genuinely listened, offered helpful suggestions, and never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too much.

Thanks to his expertise and commitment, iI has been second to none.

Howdens Lewisham has been extremely helpful. I have been in contact with Alex from the lewisham branch...who always responds promptly weather it be via email or call. I do not feel rushed and nothing ever seems to much trouble and makes the whole process a simple one. I would recommend them simply based on the service alone.
