howdens Perivale where Dilsha, Jenisha, Kevin and Sally went above and beyond our expectations! They were very thorough with explaining the process, material, design and made the process feel extreamly smooth. Jinisha’s Kitchen design gave us a clear view on how our kitchen would look which was great as we made all the changes we needed as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Howdens Perivale

I can thoroughly recommend Howdens on the service we have recently received. The choice and value for money compared with other kitchen companies is very competitive.
Every appointment we had at Howdens Perivale was with friendly and helpful staff, but Jinisha who designed the new kitchen for us deserves the highest praise. She went above and beyond, and worked long hours on our design, tweaking it so we ended up with a seventh version of the original plan!
I cannot commend her highly enough for her patience and professionalism as we navigated our way through each version of the layout.
Howdens offers an excellent choice of styles, colours and materials to meet all tastes, and at a very competitive price.

We had a fantastic experience during our recent visit! The staff were incredibly welcoming—especially Sal, who stood out with her cheerful, helpful, and patient approach. Even though we were only purchasing a worktop and not a full kitchen, we were treated with genuine care and attention. I went to Howdens as one of the places to get a quote from for a new kitchen. I was very impressed by their professionalism. My kitchen designer was Jinisha and she was fantastic, she really listened to what I wanted and helped me to work within my budget, there was no hard sell, which I really liked. My kitchen was fitted without a hitch and was exactly like she had designed. The rest of the staff at the Perivale branch are also lovely, I went in several times a week to look at flooring and tiles and was always met with a smile! I would highly recommend Howdens, particularly the Perivale branch to anyone.

We were looked after Jinisha. She asked questions to find out what we wanted and made positive suggestions and advised on what would work and what would not. We spent about 3hrs with her and the whole experience was really good. Highly recommend her

I recently had the pleasure of working with Howdens (Perivale Depot) for my kitchen renovation, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service and quality they provided. From the initial consultation with designer Jinisha to the final installation, the entire process was seamless and professional.

Jinisha took the time to understand my needs and preferences, offering great advice on layout and materials. Her knowledge of trends and functionality helped me make choices I wouldn't have considered otherwise. Howdens at the Perivale brunch the staff and team are amazing. There are always there to help you and I believe they go above and beyond my expectations exceptional service. Absolutely amazing staff. Very personal approach. Always resolve a problem within minutes. Having said that not many problems but the customer service is really good.

Not too bad, he’s good

The designer (Ms Jinisha) visited twice for my both the kitchen orders and took the measurement with the pics of the both the kitchen and when material delivered the design (which was built after the measurement in the Howden office Perivale) and the pull-out larder drawer is not fitting at the place it was designed. This is because the designer did not consider the steel beam which was lower approx. 350 mm from the ceiling to support the kitchen extension (in that section and she took the picture) and when my builder installing the kitchen this problem was noticed.

When I called to talk her but she just blamed the builder that he has given the measurement which is totally unacceptable as she took the measurement and visited twice and took the pics and designed the kitchen with us and the material delivered as per her design is not fitting in the space she designed. What sort of design was that.

My builder went to get the correct height pull out larder and want to return the incorrect height supplied pull-out larder and it was told to him that new will cost additional £300 and the wrongly supplied pull-out larder will not be returned. I was totally surprised what I will have to do with the wrongly designed and supplied pull-out larder. This is not acceptable and still not resolved.

My only advise to all the review readers is that it would be better to order kitchen from those who give the installation services and took whole project responsibilities.

My other small kitchen is still not yet installed as building work is continuing. I will update on the same if any design issue is there or with wrongly supplied material.
