Was assisted by Pat at Howdens in Ruislip. She was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and dealt with me in a very friendly manner. I would highly recommended this branch.

Fabulous team here, especially the front desk guys. Liam and Craig are extremely knowledgeable and can’t do enough to help. Always go out of my way to pop in.

I use the Ruislip branch regularly and have known Harry for a number of years. He is a huge asset and has transformed the Ruislip Branch from when he took it over in 2023. The team are always very helpful and if there is ever a problem it sorted out swiftly and immediately.

We have been using Howdens in Ruislip for all our kitchens & Joinery for years now. Their service is always top quality & nothing is ever a problem to resolve. I would highly recommend them & they are the best supplier we use. Harry is always my go to with all our purchases & he is always very helpful with any questions we have.

I usually don’t give negative reviews, but Howdens in Ruislip has caused so much frustration with the Lamona Trumble Dryer. The machine is only six months old, and the issue started the same day when it stopped completing the full cycle, leaving the clothes damp. We’ve had three engineers (one from Lamona insurance and two from Howdens) visits. Each time, they said something different and kept changing parts. They did go through the functions with us, and we reviewed the settings we use.
Having an elderly person in the household means we do laundry every other day, and the clothes are always left damp. The situation worsened to the point where we had to wash at home and then dry the clothes in a laundromat. Before Christmas, I spoke to the Branch Manager (Harry) about the issues. He said an engineer would come to inspect the machine. The same engineer arrived, couldn’t find any faults, but mentioned that the machine wasn’t suitable for our needs and suggested we request a heat dryer machine from Howdens. He said he would speak to Howdens and inform them, instead he informed Howden there was nothing wrong with the machine.
After the holidays, I called Harry to report that the issues hadn’t been resolved. Harry asked me to take a video and send it to him. He even encouraged me to sell my dryer on Facebook Marketplace and contribute the proceeds towards buying a new machine. After sending the video, I waited a few days before calling Howdens. Harry never came to the phone and told the receptionist he had heard nothing from manufacturer. I asked if he had followed up with the manufacturer, but she couldn’t confirm. I left a message for Harry to return my call, but he didn’t. Instead, I received a call from another manager, Ed, last Friday, who said that an engineer would contact me again to review the machine’s functions, as there was still no fault found. I called the office because I wasn’t satisfied, but Ed never came to the phone. It felt like no one was interested in listening to my concerns. As of today, Ed still hasn’t returned my call. Instead, the same engineer called and said he was instructed by Howdens to come and review the machine’s functions with me. I asked if he would be showing me anything new, but he said no, he was just asked to go over the functions again. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed that I had to go out and buy a new machine at my own expense. I will never recommend Howdens or Lamona Trumble Dryer to my friends and family. I hope that anyone reading this review doesn’t go through the same ordeal that I have. I also found out that there is a product recall for their tumble dryers so why didn’t Howden informed me!

Sid was an excellent designer and helped us through creating the kitchen we wanted. Ed and the rest of the team were very helpful too.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen. The design process was smooth and enjoyable, thanks to the expertise and helpfulness of Sid, the designer. We especially appreciate his dedication and skill demonstrated throughout the project. This beautiful kitchen has transformed our home, and we are so grateful. Would 100% recommend Sid at the Ruislip branch!

Outstanding customer service, nothing was too much trouble from ordering to kitchen being completed. Worked with companies before who are only helpful until they have your money, but Howdens Ruislip were there for everything we needed throughout. Harry really knows his stuff and was able to answer any question or concern immediately.

Although, as a designer, I had a clear idea of how I wanted the layout and look of our kitchen to be, the way Sid guided us through the realisation of the final design was excellent. His manor, knowledge and understanding of product, led us to having a kitchen that we are very happy with.

I went howdens without any knowledge or clue about what I needed and I was put at ease and comfort of a staff member called sid, he took over everything and explained in so much detail what I needed and what I didn't. I am so happy with my kitchen the way he designed it. Thank you sid for making everything so simple for me.

Top service from Howdens - designer Shannan from the Ruislip team has been amazing along with Jason from JPH Property Developments and his team - the kitchen/extension & installation has gone very smoothly and I’m over the moon with the finish- it’s stunning- and I would highly recommend their services.

Howdens in Ruislip has been my go-to for kitchen refurbishments, and I must say, they never disappoint. Shannan's expertise in designing kitchens is simply outstanding. Every time I work with Howdens, Shannan comes up with fantastic kitchen designs that truly elevate the space. Very good service and reasonable prices

Completely seamless experience, special shout out to James Yeo who organised everything start to finish. He was so helpful with advice on style, layout, options etc, put together an amazing model and made so many changes for me in the weeks after my visit as I asked for tweaks here and there to get it just the way I waned. He even took calls out of hours to help me, couldn't be more thankful and super happy with the end result.
