Never actually bought the product. But had someone out to measure for bedroom cupboards.
Absolute ridiculous prices even in a sale.
£400 for 1 400mm bedside cabinet is a joke. In a sale 🤣.
Thought it was a mistake,but no.
Embarrassing prices.
The staff was great tho. Not that they make the prices.

I don't often leave reviews for businesses that I haven't actually purchased from, but I felt Howdens Runcorn thoroughly deserved some recognition.

My wife and I have been planning a fairly significant kitchen extension and throughout the process the team at Howdens Runcorn have been absolutely fantastic (Sam, Leanne & Serena). They've invested a huge amount of time and effort into understanding what we wanted, exploring different designs and helping us work through the finer details.

Ultimately, we decided to go with another supplier, purely because they offered a very specific colour and finish that we had our hearts set on. It certainly wasn't down to the service, the quality or the effort from Howdens.

What really impressed me, was their response when we shared our decision. Despite understandably being disappointed, they couldn't have been more understanding, genuinely wishing us well with the project and even expressing an interest in seeing the finished kitchen.

That speaks volumes about the people behind the business. It's easy to provide great service when you're winning an order, but how you treat someone when you're not says so much more.

A massive thank you to everyone at Howdens Runcorn. You've been brilliant from start to finish and whilst we didn't end up buying our kitchen from you this time, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for one.

Left a friend of mine in Sam's capable hands and he sorted a great kitchen product at a great price. Also helped me rectify a problem with a tap. Top marks

For £3K I got a ridged kitchen worktops sink tap hob oven microwave and all of trimming
I was expecting to shop around but at that price I didn’t need to everything I asked was available

Used the Ellesmere Port branch where I was greeted by really helpful pleasant staff. Great customer service. I also had to phone the Runcorn branch for some technical advice. Again, it was a refreshing change to have someone call you back when they say they’re going to and resolved my issues. 10/10 👍🏻

Where do I start? The team at Howdens Runcorn have supported me every step of the way through a full house renovation. I've genuinely lost count of how many times I've visited the branch, and every single visit has been met with outstanding customer service.
Nothing has ever been too much trouble, whether I've needed advice, ordered additional items, or had last-minute questions. A special mention has to go to Jim and Serena, who have both gone above and beyond throughout the entire process. Their knowledge, patience and willingness to help have made what could have been a very stressful renovation so much easier.
I can't thank the team enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Howdens Runcorn to anyone planning a renovation project. Fantastic service from start to finish.

Top advice given by Jimmy, showing us doors and handles, all made cheaper by the Rooster deal, purchased and Jimmy arranged same day delivery. Excellent customer service. I havent made a purchase. I had a phone call from Jon in Runcorn to day hed put an order through to the wrong account (mine) and was ringing to tell me he was cancelling but instead seems to have put another invoice through

Went to the store in Runcorn for a look at some internal doors. Spoke to Ali on the counter who was very polite and informative. Got some great ideas for our home renovation, and will definately be back again. Thanks Mr & Mrs Bean
