Bought a pretty small item, (simple weather bar) and always find the staff are really helpful and friendly whenever you go in and lovely to deal with.

Everything from start to finish was brilliant. Grace my designer got exactly what I wanted in one go. Then quickly changed the design when I changed my mind about a small bit. Was offered a discount to take delivery a few weeks early which was ideal as kitchen reno is EXPENSIVE! Everything arrived well wrapped and no damage to any piece. Returns were easy of some bits I changed my mind on. Thank you!

I ordered two kitchens from Howdens Tyne Tunnel. My first kitchen has just been fitted. From start to finish I can honestly say from Chris the design to Cath and her team who are amazing.
I must have changed my mind a hundred times, the staff are so helpful and friendly nothing was a issue.
To the fitters Andrew and his team they went above and beyond.
My kitchen is better than I thought it would be. Top quality worktops, units appliances. If you’re thinking about getting a new kitchen I would definitely recommend Howdens Tyne Tunnel trading estate.

An extremely pleasant experience! No pushy sales people, just friendly and polite members of staff ready to help if needed. Grace came and measured our kitchen, and offered us some clever alternatives for making best use of the available space. Once the final layout had been chosen, Grace invited us to see a CAD representation and patiently tolerated our tweaks and changes. Delivery was on time, and complete. Grace was an excellent ambassador for Howdens, and we would happily recommend them.

It was so easy to do business with the branch at Tyne Tunnel Trading Estate, with no pushy sales or pressure. Grace was my designer and managed to handle my queries, adapting plans as needed and making time to discuss my ideas and drop by with samples. My order was fulfilled without error and any changes easily rectified. Buying and planning a kitchen is a huge project, and Howdens made it easy to navigate, with options and choices to consider.
While some configurations weren’t possible and finer details had been overlooked, or only became apparent at fitting stage, it wasn’t too much trouble to review alternative options and contingencies. Sometimes space constrained and limited creativity, it’s a shame some of the range offered by Howdens didn’t accommodate smaller spaces. However, given the challenge and available room, Grace managed to accommodate the majority of my wish list using the tools and available units offered.
Price wasn’t overly shocking and I’m satisfied with the quality of the range I went for.
Communication on delivery wasn’t bad, but room for improvement following a need to postpone by a day due to fitting schedule. Otherwise, not a major blip from start to finish.

We had my mum's kitchen ripped out and completely revamped. The whole process was made very easy by Howdens with Grace managing the plan from start to finish. Grace listened to our wants/needs and was there for us at every step of the process.
Steven and his team, recommended by Howdens, were fantastic. He was so professional and friendly and the finish was of a very high standard.
