I bought five doors the end of last year they were installed and decorated correctly and have since shrunk massively and are coming apart the client obviously won’t release payment and when I questioned Howdens they basically treated me like I was an idiot and didn’t know what I was doing photos were sent and I was offered compensation for three doors when I’d had five
That offer still leaves me massively out of pocket as they have to be hung and decorated at my expense
I’m very disappointed with Howdens as we have used them for loads of kitchens/ joinery over the years and I expected to be treated better

It is impossible to state how highly satisfied I am with the complete service from this friendly, helpful and accommodating team.
They have given the highest level of customer service, quickly resolving any issues, rapidly delivering out items and getting them from other depots to ensure no delays.
The price is highly competitive for everything and the quality of the materials are excellent.
From the Manager down, all the staff are knowledgeable about their products, extremely helpful and always polite and a pleasure to deal with.
I would highly recommend kitchens and all items from Howdens as being superior to other similar brands and very cost effective.
If you are considering opening an account at this branch I am sure you will be as happy with the service as I have been.
I would like to thank everyone at Wallingford, I have appreciated all your help, good humour and thoroughly professional approach.

You ordered a wrong door for one of the units supplied.
It then took six or seven weeks to get another door for which we were charged £800 and threatened with closure of the account !
I understand the wrong door issue becuase mistakes happen but charging us was
beyond belief.

I purchased a kitchen & utility from Phil last year (June ’23) and I must say, what a credit he is to Howdens! Phil provided exceptional service from start to finish. He was incredibly professional, helpful and patient and nothing was too much trouble.
He redrew the plans many times as I tweaked the design over a two month period, rearranged deliveries at the last minute when my builders let me down, changed items that had been on site a few months prior to installation without fuss and ordered/delivered extra items that were urgently required when the kitchen fitter was onsite.
I’m thrilled with the end result and will definitely be purchasing from Howdens again based on this positive experience.

Had to order the door as it wasn’t in stock and then had to ring after they said they would let ME know when it was in. The app after logging In asks you to log back in again to get prices and view your orders and doesn’t tell you when your order is ready to be picked up.

Flooring is breaking at the ends . So won’t be able to take it out to replace the boards if damaged. They came out and checked the floor was level which it was ,and it was layed down properly. And saw faults with the boards. But then they decided it was the floor that wasn’t level and the person who put it down fault. Discussing company management.

Opened an account with Howdens as they are having a big push for the month. Happy with the account side and pricing not so happy with there promo! I won a decent prize! To be told I didn’t qualify! I I spoke to the branch they told me I did as I brought 5 items that qualified for the promo to then be told they sold out! Was a bit of a con if you ask me as this was at the start of the promo. PLEASE NOTE THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BRANCH AS THEY TRIED TO RECTIFY THE ISSUE.
