To get my kitchen sorted has been a very fraught process. Ryan stayed with it throughout, a number of changes, kitchen and builders, timescales have caused many problems.
I now have the kitchen I want and can't wait to see it finished. Well done, and thanks for staying with it.

Ryan (Grainger) has been absolutely brilliant in helping us with our new kitchen, from our first meeting to final completion. We have made a number of alterations during the process and he has been been patient and accommodating at all times. “Thank you” Ryan.
All the staff are customer friendly and I would certainly recommend Howdens to anybody and if you want first class customer advisor ask for Ryan.

Throughout the whole planning and installation of our kitchen, we always found the team at Howdens - Worcester very helpful and professional, especially Jim our kitchen designer. I would definitely recommend them to others as a company to use when planning a new kitchen

Called to collect an item that had been ordered. Plus followed up an enquiry on a built in microwave now we had the correct opening size.
Advised well about the different types available and very happy with the outcome.

Great staff at Worcester, very obliging.

Jim the designer was great. He is supported by good products, design tools and good contacts for fitters. He made the experience easy and the outcome successful. (Including our multiple visits and changes). In fact he rescued us from a bad situation to a great kitchen. The recommended fitters were no more expensive than elsewhere but are top notch.

We had visited several well known designers and suppliers prior to Howdens.

My recommendation is that even if you find can save a few quid on units elsewhere, don't!

Just had our Howdens kitchen fitted, it's stunning! Many thanks to Jim, Howdens kitchen designer for all is help, guidance and innovation. Jim listen patiently to our ideas and was able to come up with an excellent design. We had several planning meetings, on site & in Howdens, Jim produced various images which enabled us to visualize the finish look, so we felt very confident about our final design. Not only are the products of high quality they are also very flexible, due to the custom fit our carpenters had on going contact with Howdens. The company always quickly responded to any of the changes we had to make thus enabling the fitters to do a excellent job.
I would thoroughly recommend Howdens, we have a beautiful kitchen to prove what an excellent company they are, special thanks to Jim for accommodating our very complicated design.

His planning and ideas were great, he listened to our needs and made sure we could create our dream kitchen. At no time did we feel rushed or pressured to make a decision, Ryan made the whole experience a pleasure.
