As a HR professional
As a HR professional, I sometimes need a second opinion or ‘sense-check’ that I’ve considered everything relating to complex cases. I spoke with Mobola Imafido today who helped me with assessing business risk in a particularly difficult case. Mobola was calm, measured and professional in her approach which gave clarity and assurance. I would recommend the service for professionals who would need a second opinion or reassurance that all areas of employment law and processes have been considered in context with their case.

Extremely helpful advice for a complex query
Laura Windsor was extremely helpful with a complex query. Whilst the individual didn't feel she was able to answer the query immediately due to the complex situation, she confirmed she would discuss it with a colleague and get back to me and she ensured she called me back the same day to confirm the advice.

I had a really positive experience…
I had a really positive experience following my meeting with a CIPD Reform consultant. They were incredibly knowledgeable, clear, and easy to follow throughout the discussion. The guidance provided was both practical and relevant, making what can often be a complex area feel much more manageable.
