We feel totally reassured that staff and processes are all looked after, from recruitment, onboarding to appraisals and exit interviews. All staff policies are updated automatically, sent to staff, signed and recorded. We can pick up the phone or email HR Dept anytime and get immediate and professional advice with any staffing matter.

HR Dept are a team of professionals that are proactive in supporting our Charity HR. From recruitment, onboarding and induction to appraisals, salary reviews and exit interviews, everything is streamlined and all carried out extremely efficiently. We get instant advice and guidance from the team on all aspects of HR and our policies and procedures are always kept up to date and communicated. A real weight of our minds, knowing the charity and all staff are looked after and supported.

Ryan's excellent expertise and experience in the sector was invaluable and provided reassurance to the staff team who can often feel overwhelmed or anxious about HR related issues which are often complex and multi-faceted. Ryan's delivery and interaction with the group allowed for openness and transparency within the discussion and encouraged engagement. Staff fed back that the training was excellent and came away feeling more knowledgeable and confident in tackling HR concerns and in asking for help from our experts, the HR Dept (Exeter).
