I found the pendant I was looking for in the Cheltenham branch. An employee called Jenny was extremely helpful in advising me how to put it all together. Service was exceptional!

Second pair I’ve bought as a gift for mum in law as they are lovely, another Christmas gift purchased.

Came today to purchase an engagement ring. Was quickly supported by Julian. Very pleasant man, well mannered and seemed pleased to help us with our special occasion. He made us both feel comfortable, explained everything very clearly, and ensured we made the right choice with no pressure.

I would like to encourage that Julian gets recognised for this amazing service. I would highly recommend this jewellers as you’d be in the greatest of hands with Julian. Thankyou so much!

Poor Customer service in the Cheltenham store. We don’t have a store near us so we decided to travel an hour, to Cheltenham. Went in to ask a question about an engagement ring to be told to come back another day. The lady didn’t seem interested.

My go to jewellery store when buying for myself or my boyfriend. We love it.

We recently choose a new watch for his 26th birthday and the staff were Brill. They were happy for us to take a long as we wanted and try on as many different watches as we liked.

I am having to return the watch as it does not work. I am very disappointed and have now to make a special delivery to return it. Poor show and I want my money back and will go elsewhere. Samuel’s have gone down in my opinion and we’re the high street leader but sadly not anymore and I will not be purchasing again.

Excellent customer service and great prices

The sales lady that service us was very helpful and polite. We brought some earrings and a necklace for my my mum's birthday which you really loved. I would recommend using hate Samuels in Cheltenham.

I bought this silver necklace for my Mum to replace the one I gave her 45 years ago that she’d recently lost. We had excellent service in store from a lady who said she usually works in the Exeter branch. The necklace needed to be a special order as my Mum wanted a length not stocked in store. The assistant went through all the options and prices with us. I was amazed when the necklace was delivered to my home address only two days later...perfect!! One very happy mother!

I was not with my wife when she visited your Cheltenham store to purchase a silver necklace for the 1st birthday of our great granddaughter, however, she was very enthusiastic and complementary about the service that she received.

Brilliant advice when I went into the Cheltenham store. I was told the sizes were larger than expected and so I ordered a size smaller for my partner and the ring fitted perfectly. Ordered online and the product came quickly and efficiently. The packaging was also discreet so made the surprise even better.

I went in for a new watch strap and got just what I wanted, fitted by a lovely assistant, who was very pleasant and efficient.

great service, however watch was not set to the correct time which was a little disappointing

All the staff were really friendly and were quick at sorting out the problem with my watch. They were very apologetic that my watch had stopped despite it not being their fault at all. All was fixed in less that 10mins, very happy.
