Thanks so much to the two ladies in H Samuel in The Weston favell centre Northampton today. They were both very professional.Our nervous 10 year old Daughter got her ears pierced today. They put her at ease, even gave her a teddy to hold. Was over quickly, our Daughter was delighted with her being brave certificate and sticker thanks so much.

Extremely helpful service as both my smartwatch and citizen watch straps had broken ,the assistant Helen at the Northampton Weston favell branch was really friendly helpful and made it look a breeze to replace the broken pin on my smartwatch and also fix the broken link on my steel bracelet watch too ,I always usually purchase jewelry from this store as have allways received great service and quality products nicely presented,
