My 11 yr old had her ears pierced for the 1st time, upon going into h Samuel we were greeted by the team

Zoe then got my daughter to select her earrings before sitting down and having them done.
The whole experience was very quick and done with care

The lady was very helpful, polite, friendly and had good watch knowledge, she made me feel at ease, and made sure the watch strap fitted correctly.

We took our 6 year old daughter today to get her ear pierced. Fantastic friendly service and Zoey looked after our daughter every step of the way. I really hope this shop gets the support it needs to remain open. Thanks again

My daughter had her ears pierced, for the first time, at H Samuel, Rhyl. Zoe was amazing, she explained the process from start to finish, and put my daughter at ease, so much so, she barely flinched when the piercings were being done!

I popped in to exchange a watch that I purchased in London, but unfortunately I'd already had the same 1 ,I was warmly greeted by Lianne ,very friendly & courteous too. She helped me choose an alternative watch. Overall a very nice experience from her.

My Husband and I called in to purchase a Ruby ring for our 40th wedding anniversary the staff were wonderful Zoe was very helpful and we found the perfect ring highly recommend H Samuel’s Rhyl nice to actually be able to call in and get such great service .

Went in to get a Christmas present for mum, the lady that served me (Zoe) was caring and attentive, I didn't get what I was after but she did recommend several places and looked online for me. Ended up buying a pendent tho, and she was very thorough with insurance, if mum had a silver allergy, she was nice all-round. Didn't know where to go to write a review about her so I went here.

We went into the rhyl store, with necklace be bought a few years ago, lucky for us it was insured.

Zoe and Donna where very helpful and lovely to deal with, they sorted out the issue very quickly and efficiently. These ladies deserve a definite 5* their customer service was spot on

I had damaged my engagement ring , we had to travel to Rhyl which is 40 miles away from where we live as it is the only store now open in North Wales but the service we had made up for the travel! Krystle was fantastic and sorted out a new ring through the insurance team which was really helpful as my ring was beyond repair and it saved us having to travel again as luckily the store had my size in stock!
All the staff in the store seemed really helpful and the store was quite busy on the day but all the assistants were really helpful and friendly

I visited the store today. Served by. A nice young lady. Kirsty. She was very happy to help with my purchases. Very knowledgeable about the price and two rings and chain I purchased. All the staff where well presented. Very nice shop. As I am unsteady on my legs a chair was provided to me

I bought a H Samuel ring online that was an incorrect size. I was able to visit the store in Rhyl where Lianne was able to sort the resizing out personally advising and measuring my finger. Very friendly and excellent customer service.

I had a incredible experience with Zoe in the rhyl branch if H Samuel's. My mum & me were just browsing and found some beautiful disney ornaments, we got a fair few at really good prices in sale. Then just as we were finishing Zoe told me they had an offer on since we had spent a certain amount for £25 off - so I decided to get a a bigger ornament for my mums xmas (never too early!). I saved around £60 in total (I'd seen them in other shops much higher priced!!) Thank you Zoe for such a wonderful experience & for going the extra mile. - sorry it took me this long to write a review I misplaced the receipt and wanted to make sure I got your name correct. Thank you so very much!

Krystle and Zoe in Rhyl are very accommodating and helpful. These 2 lovely ladies are amazing and always there to assist you.

I bought a 'Lifetime replacement watch battery guarantee' in June 2024.
Today I used my guarantee to replace my existing battery.
Excellent service from Lianne, who could not have been more helpful.
As I was so impressed with the Service, I bought a new watch strap as well.
I shall be replacing my battery & watch strap again at the Rhyl branch next time.
