Went in to enquire turn around time to send a watch away as have their insurance policy. I was on my holiday and popped in because we have lost all our branches of H Samuel where I live.
Emily asked what the problem was and said she would take a look as could see it was an issue with a pin.
Came out with a mended watch and was a very happy customer, many thanks

I took my daughter in to have her ears pierced at the Skegness branch. From the second we walked through the doors the staff were absolutely lovely. Jenny served us and she was just brilliant, she was so kind and explained everything to my daughter before doing anything and also asked her what she would prefer. I wish I had known sooner about H Samuel doing ear piercing because I would have gone. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get theirs or their children’s ears pierced, better than anywhere else.

I purchased a rotary watch for my wife’s birthday t went wrong after a short time I did not have the receipt only the credit card receipt which they would not accept as proof of purchase insisting I pay full price to have it repaired poor service as it was still under warranty I will never use this shop again

Very helpful i had to return as the men's bracelet I bought the pin had come out and the lady told me to come down, so she could see it and see if she could fix it and she went out her way to fix in store so she didn't have to send it off to be repaired as it was a birthday gift.

Jenny was very polite and personable and helped me with my purchase with her advice. Thanks.

First time visiting the store in Skegness , staff were polite and helpful , had the items I was wanting to purchase . All COVID guidelines being followed

I haven't picked my purchase up yet, bought them while we were on holiday picking them up in August when we go back to Skegness, but I must say shop assistant very pleasant and helpfull

Waited a short time to be served as only one girl working. Purchased a pair of earrings which are lovely. Assistant very helpful and very pleasant. Happy customer

Unfortunately never had an issue before but purchased two peat of earrings in which I specifically asked the store assistant if the stem on the earring was a standard size she said yes so I brought both however one of them is shorter therefore isn’t suitable and am unable to exchange due to policy on earrings

Went in one day to look for a ring for my wife,young girl couldn't do enough to help,so returned day after with my wife to try ring and was served by another lady ,we bought a different ring ,but i have to say the 2 ladies that did attend to us are a credit to your skegness store ,very polite,helpful and nothing was too much

Went in to get a replacement watch strap. The sales staff were very knowledgeable and provided a swift service. All in all very pleasant, friendly staff, something that is becoming less frequent sadly.

Went into shop for battery for my watch the lady fitting the battery try two watch still did not work so my wife treated me to a new one the two lady’s were very nice and helpful thanks again to your staff in Skegness shop Alan

A simple visit just to replace a wrist watch battery. All corvid security in place but a very pleasant and attentive assistant quickly sorted every thing most promptly
