Whilst I was out shopping I lost the back to my earing. Ordinarily I would have removed both of the earrings but I was on my way to a friends retirement party so wanted to keep them in. I went into H S to enquire about whether they sold earing backs. They did but the backs where gold and more expensive than the earrings. I asked "Helen" if she knew of anywhere I could purchase cheaper ones and explained why I wanted them. Helen very kindly gave me a pair of plastic ones that were in the back of a draw. Helen your customer service skills throughout was excellent and you should be credited for that. I believe you can teach someone what to say but you cant teach them how to say it. Helen thank you. ......

My daughter wanted her ears pierced, so I decided to book via the website for my nearest store in St Helens. I received a call explaining the lady who pierced her ears wasn't available on that day and could I move the appointment. During the call, she enquired how old my daughter was, to which I replied 5, and she said "that's fine as we have just lowered the age limit". When we arrived at the St Helen's branch, the lady who does the pierces refused to do it, saying she could use her discretion and wouldn't pierce ears under the age of 8. This is in front of my child, who had really been looking forward to getting her ears done; the customer service was poor at best, she didn't seem at all bothered. Thankfully, Superdrug, a couple of doors down, saved the day, and I have one happy 5 year old.

We called in on Boxing Day morning to get my wife’s wedding ring removed and ready to be re sized and repaired . The staff are super friendly and helpful thanks so much

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CAROL AND NICOLA
I went in H Samuel in St Helens. Carol served me with a watch strap. Nicola fixed the strap on for me. I had a good customer service from both staff members.

Bought my watch at the Trafford Centre as a 50th wedding anniversary present and purchased insurance cover at the time. Took the watch to my local shop in St Helens where the service from all the staff was first class. The person I dealt with initially was Helen, who I believe is the store manager, and she was absolutely fantastic. The net result is that I now have a new replacement watch and I cannot speak more highly of Helen and her staff. They are a credit to your organisation and I would not hesitate to recommend you in the future.

Went for a new engagement ring louise in the sthelens store was very helpful and chatty nice and refreshing for a change , got numerous rungs out and didn't get fed up doing it .makes all the difference

Very good service, but only after i fully made my purchase was I asked about a discount card. I have a blue light users card. Was then told had I produced it I could have got 15% off my purchase....but was too late as it had already gone through the till...I felt a little frustrated at this.
Could have asked me prior to buying. I spent over £350.

Great service, friendly staff made us feel very welcome. The lady dealing with us couldn’t have been more helpful.
