Was shopping for gifts, viewed items in store then went to check items in Goldsmiths store on the opposite side. Bought a watch then returned to HS. Chose a combination of jewellery. Called a store staff for assistance. Asked if they do student discount. Staff said No. I asked him to check with manager. He returned to say they don’t offer student discount. I went round and asked another colleague who has a badge. I showed him Students Beans and the students discount HS offers on full price items. I was buying full price items. I complained to him his colleague said No Students discount on offer in-store. He replied, his colleague said so No therefore no student discount. I looked at his face I understood he’s hiding something. He went to ask a lady manager who also refused. I noticed, I was neglected because either because I shopped from Goldsmiths or my outlook at the time. I shopped thousands from this store in the past. This time I noticed, all staff are new faces. I offer H S to check some recorded purchases I made by checking my post code E1 2QL, door 128.
Departed store without purchase and will never visit this store again unless these staffs are changed or manager is changed

I came to your shop at Westfield Stratford on 26 July where I requested a quotation for a bracelet and was advised that I will receive a quotation on 29 July. No one contacted me and went back to the same store on 2 August to have a status and your sales person told me that they will get back to me on 5 August. Its been more than 2 weeks and no one has contacted me. I am very disappointed with the service that your team has provided me. I tried to do the online survey as well and it was already expired. Will definitely not go to your shop again.

My pregnant partner left crying after an exchange with a pushy shop assistant.
All she wanted was a battery change for an watch with sentimental value. The bloke told her the watch was old and told her she should buy a new one. When she asked for the battery to be changed as it's all she wanted he said it would cost 55 quid and take nearly 6 weeks.... he bluntly told her it wasnt a good watch as he carried on the hard sale for her to buy a new one and was really pushy. This guy clearly has a lot to learn about customer service ( as well as speaking to heavily pregnant women) . Needless to say it's a blessing in disguise as we went elsewhere got it done for 20 quid and a lifetime guarantee in less than 15mins. So thanks I guess!

There is no option to give 0, for my anniversary I have placed an order from the store as they didn’t have the size I wanted in the store. It was expected to receive the item in store 4 days from the order date but 10 days went by no sign of my order, went to the store to inquiry about it but was advised to call the customer service number as it’s a store online order! When I contacted the customer service I was informed that the order is already at the store and kindly go again to collect it,went there again and was told it’s not there and been given the wrong information by the customer adviser, so I called the customer service again and been told that they were trying to contact the store for the last couple of days and also sent an email but no response or answer from the store, later on the same day I received a call from the customer service and provided me with a tracking number of my order and was informed if I show it to them then they can find my order in store, so for the 4th time I went to the store and there was this guy who was telling me this tracking number is invalid and all he can do is to send an email to customer service asking to call him next morning at 10.15, I asked the guy why aren’t you answering your calls so customer service adviser is trying to contact you for the last 2 days? he goes to me we are short of staff, he looked pissed so I had no choice but the leave the store so on the next day i received a call from the customer service saying they have found my order in the store and it was always at the store for the last 7 days so I asked what happened and why they couldn’t find my order, so I’ve been told apparently the store misplaced my order when they received it and that’s the reason why they couldn’t find it, so my question is who’s fault is it? Obviously the store for sure, later on the day I received a call from the store saying your order is here!! I said it was always there and you gave me stress and I missed the occasion I bought the item for 😡, then the guy goes we can only apologise for that, sometimes apology is not good enough, although the customer service gave me a voucher but I would rather have my product on time then making me go there 5 times and giving me misinformation all the time and blaming one department to the other. The head office needs to be aware of the store having less staff and whoever is working are not productive and efficient and they never answer their calls even if your own customer service adviser is to contact them and let alone the customers!!!!!Never going there again.Avoid

I took my diamond ring to be resized and when I went to collect I noticed that instead of my bright, white, good quality diamond, my ring had a yellow tinged, poor quality one in it. I was shocked and gave feedback to the head office via their 'did hs shine' questionnaire.
I went back to see the store manager but she tried to convince me that I was wrong. She even asked another customer to look at before and after resizing photos but to her embarrassment the customer agreed with me that the before picture of my ring showed a far whiter stone.
In the end they never admitted that they had swapped out my diamond. I will never shop at this jeweller again and would not recommend them to anyone. They have lost my trust.

Very good collection, competitive prices, and when i went to collect my watch at Stratford Mall store, excellent and friendly customer service approach with a very polite member of staff.
Fantastic customer service ,very friendly staff and very helpful..
Really happy with the store, they were helpful for the jewellery we were seeking.
Would go here again to buy a gift.
I bought a watch at the Stratford, London E15 shop. The lady who served me was very nice, friendly and efficient. A second lady adjusted the strap for me and was equally good.
The people who work there on the shop are very kindly, helpfully and always they try to recommend the good stuff and they have a lot of patience with the people. I was in Stratford Mall. Thank you very much for everything
