I popped in to Your jewellery store at the Galleries in Washington today. I asked Vickie the assistant if she could measure my husband’s finger for a new wedding ring. She eagerly and politely proceeded to do this. I ended up having my ring size checked too. As she noticed my ring was too loose. She was so patient and friendly and is a credit to your company. Thank you, excellent service.

I had a wonderful experience in the h samuel washington/galleries store yesterday. I went in looking for something for my birthday, I didn't know what I fancied but saw that when purchasing piercing earings you got your ears peirced for Free! Turning 40 Saturday (maybe a midlife crisis moment 🤔🤣) I thought 'that's what I'm going to do, get my second piercings on both ear lobes'. I chose a lovely little pair of sparkly studs and the lady (Gemma) that peirced them made me feel so at ease, very professional and clean and explained everything clearly. No pain at all and was given a small aftercare kit. To my delight on paying they where on sale!!! All in all a really nice experience, I'm highly delighted with my new little sparkly studs. Thankyou very much

On July 1st I visited H SAMUEL at the galleries Washington tyne&wear to purchase a casio Bluetooth watch I asked the assistant if she could set it up for me and she said yes as she was doing this a few customers came into the shop. One of the other assistants who I took to be in charge told her leave that we have other customers to deal with she did not have the decency to address me.I was a customer I then left the shop bitterly disappointed. Normally I go to H SAMUEL in the bridges Sunderland where the staff go out of their way to please customers. I have emailed customer services and await their reply. Very disappointed.

I would like to leave a 5 star review for the outstanding customer service i received from one of your stores today. The store is at the washington Galleries. The manager carol and another colleague Amy were extremely helpful and understanding in replacing a broken ring that was very dear to me. Without any hesitation the manager replaced this and made me the happiest person. Big thank you for having such amazing staff.

I went to buy a gold chain at the shop in Washington Galleries and was undecided which one would be best, the assistant was very friendly, helpful and informative so I was better able to make my choice. One satisfied customer.

I went into the store a few days before and I asked about the bracelet I purchased. I absolutely loved it. They had it in the back and I asked if they could keep it till either Friday or Saturday. I went back into the store on Friday and one of the awesome ladies remembered me and she went to the back of the store to retrieve the bracelet. I absolutely love it. Love H.Samuels
