DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They want full payment for only half the job done. The owner is arrogant, they rarely pick up the phone and the fitters are incompetent. Took them four visits to complete installation of bifold doors and blinds. The quality of the work is very poor. They come up with excuses and disappear for months at a time. Avoid this company, you are better off paying more for an established well known brand.
If anyone is in the market for a plastics & gutter fitter DO NOT use the recommended fitters from this firm: HSB Home Improvements & Plastic Centre based in Slough.
The fitters they use & recommend do not provide invoices, they do not pay their taxes or vat & in-fact they don't even do their jobs properly.
We had some works done by 1 of these fitters called Sunny. So many times we've had to call for the last year to try to sort out the mess they've left us all to no avail. They come up with every excuse they can think of. Since last year the fitters have had numerous deaths in the family 1 by 1. I'm now informing my friends & relatives about this firm & their shady practices. Just felt i should share online also.
Please avoid this company & do not accept any recommendations they make as you will regret it later. NO guarantees or warranties are even supplied for the work done! AVOID this shady firm & their representatives.
