I recently completed my 4th ATP session with Roxy at the Harley Street Hair Clinic. Roxy has done an amazing job since we first started treatment. Throughout the whole process she has treated me with complete care and worked tirelessly to accomplish a really natural look,
which suits my face shape and skin tone. She was diligent with a real attention to detail throughout. I can’t speak highly enough of Roxy!

When I arrived at the clinic I was greeted with a warm welcome and made to feel at home and at ease. All of the staff were very friendly, they answered all my questions and their attention to detail was second to none. The procedure went smoothly and quickly, I was comfortable, fed, and checked on regularly. After the procedure they went through all aftercare with me, and they called me the following morning to check on my recovery. I then went to see them again the day after, just so they could ensure everything was as it should be. All in all, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I’d highly recommend this team to anybody considering a hair transplant or other alternative hair treatment. I can’t thank the team enough and I’ll definitely be back! 10/10 from me, they’re the best for a reason.

Surgery was very clean and all the staff were extremely professional. Everything was explained in good detail and made me feel comfortable. Areas that could be improved; intricacies of the procedure, not fully detailed or the potential discomfort post operation (but in fairness, I did not ask these questions)

All I can say about the HSHC team is that they are brilliant and you could not wish to be in better hands. Nadeem and Roxy especially, they really looked out for me and made sure I walked away satisfied, they are awesome may God always bless them. In terms of the ATP procedure Roxy did a brilliant job and my hair is looking awesome.

Honestly my regret is not doing it sooner. I have a phobia of needles and in the end i had to just think of the long term goal, and i was so excited to have it done i didn't feel any nerves. The team all the way through from consultation, procedure, follow up, numerous questions really are amazing and made me feel so comfortable, yes i could have gone elsewhere even in Harley Street at a cheaper cost, but this is a life time investment and you have to feel completely comfortable and i certainly did that. No pain at all during the procedure and after, i even want the crown done as well now, and when speaking with the team they assured me to be patient and then see how i feel when this procedure has fully healed, so no pressure to just book in, shows how much they really care about your result and the profession they all represent so well. A true testament to hair transplant surgery, i would highly recommend to anyone and i have to many friends already. Couldn't be more grateful to each and every member of the team, really is a great feeling having the procedure, especially after being bothered by my receding hairline for so long, emotional relief in fact.

Amazing overall experience, the staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. It’s a few days after my transplant and already very happy with the results. Did not experience any pain on the day of the transplant and still haven’t after.

If I could have given more that 5 stars I would! All the staff at HSHC are super professional, kind and compassionate. I was made to feel welcome when I arrive and was really well looked after throughout the process. The surgeons and nurses were efficient and made me feel very relaxed through the procedure. Should I need any additional work in the future, HSHC will be where I come. :)

I have been visiting Harley Street Hair Clinic for a few years before taking the plunge with an FUE.
Having read about them online I had my first consultation with William in 2019. At the time, the team did not deem FUE appropriate given the nature of the balding.
This really reassured me that Harley Street Hair Clinic were the best people equipped to do my procedure, as they were very watchful and vigilant about my hairline, wanting the best results for me, in contrast to jumping at the option to make a quick buck.
In the intervening years I had arranged appointments to see how far along in the balding process I was, and the outcomes of the appointments were to wait until the hair loss was stable, again reassuring me that these were the best people for the procedure.
They did transplant 1800 grafts, which is conservative, but was selected to ensure that my donor hairs are conserved for a second procedure in future (if needed) and to ensure natural results.
When the time came, that FUE was indicated, William had set my expectations about what FUE can do. He did not promise miraculous results and gave more a more realistic assessment of a fuller-appearing hairline. (Disappointing at the time, as, like many balding males, held the view that FUE was a guarantee of a teenage hairline!) I appreciated the honesty and felt valued. I met Dr. Vida (the surgeon who would be performing the procedure) during this meeting. He was friendly and extremely competent.
Booking the procedure was extremely liaising with Roxy and arranging payment.
In the days leading up to the procedure, I was apprehensive but communication on aftercare and what to expect from the procedure educated me and eased my nerves. She had called to see if I could attend an hour earlier to allow for more time during the procedure. This was much appreciated, as I again, felt that the focus for the day was on my hair procedure and nothing else.
The day of the procedure went without complication. I was informed about how the day would go by William, met Dr. Vida who drew on the hairline.
The procedure was for the most part comfortable, Dr. Vida applied some nerve blocks to numb the scalp and provide a pain-free extraction. He asked about pain and gave local anaesthetics accordingly. The process (after the initially agonising injections) was pain-free and oddly therapeutic.
An eventful day.
Since it is still very close to the procedure, I cannot speak for the results, but the transplanted hairs are growing, which I believe is a reassuring sign.
I was also very pleased with the aftercare instructions and the 24/7 line for any queries/emergencies I may have encountered during the aftercare period.
Very pleased with my experience and hope the results reflect this. Special mention to Dr. Vida, Roxy and William how were incremental in my choice to have the procedure under the team here.

I felt comfortable with these guys from the day of my consultation and every day thereafter. I went to a few consultations and have been considering this for a few year now. Some of the meetings felt very 'sales', but these guys really drilled down to the procedure and aftercare. On the day it felt very relaxed and they are very attentive throughout. I couldn't recommend the whole team enough.
