Absolutely frustrating website purchase

Well, trying to make a purchase online, I don’t like leaving a credit card on any website I prefer to use Apple Pay or PayPal. First Apple Pay is only an option when you purchase a single item. I was buying six items at a total cost of $300. OK, I’ll purchase each one separately so I can use Apple Pay Apple Pay but HSN somehow said there was a problem with it. OK, now I moved to PayPal. Every time I signed into PayPal HSN made me sign back into my account (which I was already in) and would lose my PayPal login. I did this three times! I’ve never seen such a poorly run website ever. Not sure I’ll ever buy from them again.

Do not trust HSN with your credit card…

Do not trust HSN with your credit card or any information. They charged my card yet denied my purchase that was placed on my credit card. My credit score is above 780 yet they've left a charge of over $500 for an item that never was fulfilled and they didn't contact me that it wouldn't be fulfilled so I'm paying interest for a charge that should not be on my credit card. Horrible customer service also. Just don't trust HSN!

Fees fees fees

Fees fees fees. Return two items one was defective and the only was defective due to the print. One item they just returned to me a lousy 10 cents. I spoke to customer service and they said we charged for a label fee and shipping fee. I wasn’t aware of any fees. Completely ridiculous will never purchase from Hsn again.

Never again

Never, never, never again will I purchase anything from HSN.....I ordered a trash can turns out it's an odd size and we could not find bags; well, since YOU are responsible for paying for shipping it cost more to ship it back than what it actually cost!! So there it sits in my garage!!

I placed an order with HSN and given my order total and a delivery date. The next morning, I called to get my account number and learned that my order was never placed. Another HSN representative placed the order again (color sold out, price went up and free shipping no longer available) apologizing for the inconvenience. I then asked to speak with customer service to waive the shipping fee for the "inconvenience"... Customer service was rude and completely unconcerned with customer service. I found the item elsewhere for a better price. HSN - NEVER AGAIN.

Do Not Buy

You are a good customer as long as you buy their over hyped, priced merchandize, but don’t return it. You will be blocked. You need to be prepared to pay for substandard, broken items.

I don’t even want give a one star!! TERRIBLE,TERRIBLE sham of a company. I placed an order, received my merchandise, was not satisfied, tried to return, but the return would cost more than the actual product. I called and they said that because it was a third-party vendor there was nothing they could do and yes, I would have to pay more to return! I will never do business with HSN again. Beware, these people are scam. Artists to the maximum.

Contrary to the poor reviews

Contrary to the poor reviews, I had a great experience. This was about a live (dormant) rose I purchased through them.
The plant graft was quite small which is a big handicap for survival. But worse it arrived with blackening stems. Roses do this when they shut dow parts of the plants. What leaf buds it had never grew out.
For $30. It was an expensive low quality deal.
I called HSN, call was answered right away, I explained the situation with the above explanation, and without hesitation she posted a reorder, and an excellent quality rose arrived a week later.
Great service.

Package delivery

I bought an instax mini evo camera with a couple extra parts and accessories. Package never got delivered, I have had multiple emails and conversations with some people from the company and all insist that it is my fault that I do not have the package and then ignore me when I ask for a refund or more information about the courier service. Have been trying to get in touch with them again and resolve it for nearly 4 months. Do not recommend buying from this site

I ordered a Samantha Brown 2pc luggage…

I ordered a Samantha Brown 2pc luggage set. It was defective the roller suitcase was noticably lop sided, the side pocket was on upside down so it was useless. The spin wheels did not move properly. Making it difficult to roll. And also the pull up handle was very flimsy and rocky. Sold as a sale price but they were the defective ones. Very disappointing. My husband ordered it as gift for me he Knows I like her Brand.

i guess its not just me with issues…

i guess its not just me with issues with HSN. alot of their stuff is so cheaply made it all comes from china. you pay alot and you do not get what they represent. things smell like chemicals. dress clothing made so cheap. they put on famous stars to help sell the brands. but it comes from china. i bought a scarf from designer patricia nash and the scarf smelled stinky. i bought those joy mangano hangers they break they are not a lifetime warranty. the hooks broke too? i dont over load my clothing on the hanger either. that crazy guliana ransic and her fabrication cheaply made dresses i bought not made well. made in china. ridiculous. the most annoying thing are the sales people on the show. talking endlessly never taking a breath rambling on and on, too much coffee, trying so hard to sell sell sell. selling junk actually. i stopped buying there. also they used to be so nice with customers and the service. that went downhill too. i think this show/company is for shopaholics only.

I placed an order for some luggage. The color that I wanted, I was told was SOLD out. usually sold out means that there are no more and they have been SOLD. however, checking my account the very next morning I find the color that I truly wanted was not sold out, so when I called to ask if I can modify my order I was told NO… my order has not shipped yet and until this very moment almost 24 hours it still has not shipped so why is it that I am not able to modify my order if it hasn’t left the facility. she claimed that the items were probably in other guests carts making it unavailable. To my beliefs the definition of UNAVAILABLE does not mean SOLD. I was told I can refund the item, and repurchase so now I am either stuck with a color that I’m not really happy with or forced to refund once it arrives in seven days and buy it again now having to pay shipping and handling and that’s even if it will be available next week I think to satisfy customers there should be at least a 12 hour window to make any modifications

Shady Return Process

I purchased 3 items at the same time and was given 3 separate order numbers. I started return process for 2 items the same day I received items, using HSN USPS return label. Tracking showed they received return on 29 March. On 10 APR I had to call to inquire about refund. Service rep quickly identified package was received by warehouse but refund never issued. She processed both refunds for me quickly. Seems you have to call them to get the refund issued and can't assume they will automatically issue refund when they receive your return package. I won't be buying anything from them again.
