Worktop seems OK, not fitting yet though. But HSS let down with the communication over delivery time. I ordered the work top on the HSS web site and selected the PM delivery option given as I wasn't going to be at the property until the afternoon to take delivery of the item. The evening before I received a text to say it would be delivered between 9.25 and 11.25 when nobody could be at the property! On morning of delivery I get a phone call at 9.15am from the delivery driver to say he was 19 minutes away, I explained I'd requested a PM delivery after 12pm he then told me that my order had been passed on to Selco who don't offer delivery times! The driver told me he would carry on with other deliveries and return when I was at the property at 12pm. Thank you delivery driver, not your fault at all, bur HSS Hire and Selco's for no communication and disregarding my selected delivery time! Can I suggest you don't have a drop down delivery time slot option as its a waste of time.
