Okay so the place I live is over 4000 sqft for the house and I pay almost $300 a month for internet and cable services honestly I would not recommend anyone have this service my speeds are always terrible even while connected to Ethernet at 1,000 mbps I’ve had technicians out here multiple times and each time they say I need to pay a service fee when in reality they never have fixed it from the beginning and I end up having to fight with them over the phone to drop the charges besides that I game heavily and my Ethernet can be getting 960mbps but immediately will drop all the time below 20mbps which is the usual speeds I get on my phone honestly at this point it’s better with me using my hot spot from my phone but the thing is is that the place I live the only provider that I have is htc so I’m stuck between having services at all or having the worst service possible for a price that doesn’t match up especially if it doesn’t work half the time if not more than half

We had no Internet service for all of the morning. We called twice and left our number to let them know we had no service and the recording said they would call us back. When service was up. We were never called. We were never notified. The customer service gentleman was very nice, but we’re not big fans of HTC anymore.
