They are not a good company for people who expect to be treated fairly. Selling items at a much higher price than what is available in the market and refuse to refund unless the goods are returned to them at your cost. Please deal with them at your cost.
I ordered a tinned box of biscuits - which I had planned for a Christmas gift -via Temu. It arrived very badly damaged (possibly Evri fault) but absolutely no communication with HTUK Gifts, simply an automated reply advising no refund possible. Fortunately, Temu was efficient and effected a Credit refund. I would be beware of HTUK Gifts for ordering directly or through a third party. I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards with photos of the crushed tin.
I ordered Danish biscuits in a tin through Temu and discovered that it was actually HTUK Gifts selling them, based on the photos and description, I assumed the £12 price meant I would be receiving five tins. To double-check, I contacted customer service just before the order shipped. The response I received was extremely slow, one-worded, and came across as quite rude.
I was shocked to find out that the £12 was for just one small tin — especially on Temu, where items are usually cheaper. I understand prices have gone up with inflation and the cost-of-living crisis, but this felt unreasonable and completely misleading.
The only positive was that I did receive a refund, which I used elsewhere on products that were far more reasonably priced. Overall, a very disappointing experience with both the listing and the customer service. Let others beware.
Claims to have tried to deliver 3 times.Now in the process of being returned to sender ...no details as to where it can be picked up ..not happy with this !Delivery stated as 23 to 26 Sept.Then delayed ..no sign of item or any communication from this company or from temu who accepted the order.
I wouldn’t bother with them. They claim next-day dispatch, but I placed an order and heard nothing for a week. I emailed for an update and got no response, so I ended up getting a refund through PayPal.
