Never order something online from Hubo

Ordered a garden shed, Hubo was not able to deliver so they let their supplier deliver. That person threw everything on the street in a puddle of water, parts were broken and the set was incomplete. The supplier even managed to pull poles out of the ground n my street by driving against them. The person from the costumer service did not believe me, it was my word versus the word of the supplier, while I gave enough proof via pictures.

Never got my money back, don't thrust these thieves.

We bought a kitchen quizzi from hubbo

We bought a kitchen quizzi from hubbo, the kitchen came incomplete. so we requested the store to order the missing pieces and until this day they have never placed an order and we never received it. I tried e mailing trying to get the missing piece but they never send a reply back. DO NOT buy a kitchen there ! its true its cheap but really not worth the struggle

Bought roller blind for a window

Bought roller blind for a window, on the website it says its 120cm wild but exactly it was 116 which makes a difference if You want to cover all window. Bottom metal part fall off after 2 days,the glue they are using must be very cheap.

Incredibly poor customer experience…

Incredibly poor customer experience for an order through the webshop.
I ordered a garden table + other things online and paid €49 for delivery. Delivery was promised to be around 7 days when I ordered, after 10 days and not having received a single message about the status of the delivery or when it would arrive, I contacted customer support. The next day they replied that there were issues with the supplier of the garden table and that I had the option to cancel the entire order or have the garden table refunded and the rest of the order shipped. I called customer service as I knew that one of the dealer locations close to me still had stock of the exact garden table, the phone support was a different person, he was very friendly and recommended me to call the local dealer location and reserve a table there.
I confirmed that I wanted to have the table refunded and did want the rest of the order to be shipped to me.
The confirmed that they would ask the delivery service (external service apparently) to have it delivered as soon as possible. 5 days later I hadn't received an update on my order so I contacted customer support through mail, but two days later I still hadn't received a reply. I called them and got no empathy from customer support, nothing had happened but they would email the external delivery service. Later that day I called again to ask if they knew anything more, this was already 17 days after my initial order with still not even a clue of when the products would be delivered or what the status was. The customer support was annoyed and unfriendly about this request, as if it was not their problem. They also stated that there would be no message about when I could expect delivery of the items, which in 2021 seems extremely odd for a delivery service that costs €49.
Meanwhile I still haven't gotten my order and still no update whatsoever on the status of my order and no compensation for this horrible customer experience. Extremely dissatisfied about the customer service (or lack thereof) of Hubo. Would rate 0 stars if I could.
