Malicious hacking issues SUPPORT should be looking into

Twice in a 2 week period more than a hundred million in resources stolen in overnight attack , messages unreadable as despite highlighting in red it came up no messages, certainly not the amount taken in usual attacks and I reported this , used 40,000 in coins and rigorously harvested to get back to finally get to upgrade from level 26-27 and it’s happened again, overnight plus the amount in taken resources extremely different from the attack report so clearly SUPPORT DO NOT FOLLOW UP OTHER THAN TO REPEATEDLY STATE “ we’ll get back to you in 72 hours . This time I took a screenshot of the resources I had beforehand to show the MASSIVE difference 8 hours made today so ordinary people like myself don’t stand a chance
