We cannot thank Johnny from Hudson Rose enough for everything he have done for us throughout our mortgage journey.

Our journey was not straightforward—we went through two unsuccessful property purchases before finally succeeding on our third attempt. Throughout every stage, Johnny was incredibly patient, professional, understanding, and always there to guide and support us. He never made us feel rushed or discouraged, even when things didn’t go as planned.

Thanks to Johnny’s persistence, knowledge, and genuine care, we have now finally received our mortgage approval, and we couldn’t be happier.

A big thank you also to the entire Hudson Rose team for their support, communication, and professionalism throughout the process. It truly felt like we were in safe hands from beginning to end.

I bought the vintage Merena red blouse. Online It looked like the pattern gradually faded out. I received the blouse marked size S. It was huge. The shoulder seams went way past my shoulders and the neck measured 18 inches. The inside of the blouse was white so leaving the collar open made it really look cheap. No graduate fade out, just polyester bright red. I am 5’9” so a small would never run that large on me. So easy decision to return. It took 5 emails to finally get the return mailing address to China.The in between emails we’re offering me an exchange if I paid $13 s/h. And other unacceptable ideas. So I finally get the shipping address for China and need it to be tracked to provide that number to the company. Went to post office. To accomplish this at the lowest cost would have been $62. Screw it.

I got sh*t advice from somewhere that sounds like mortgage rain who didn't understand self employment, didn't understand how to navigate some rocky credit history either.

Sacked them off for Hudson Rose who put us in with Guy, absolute legend who understood everything perfectly, helped us navigate through the whole process and come out the other side with a frigging house.

Given we felt like we wouldn't get here before we spoke to Hudson rose.

As a first time buyer they made the process so easy and straightforward. An online portal made entering my details and documents straightforward and easy.

Courtney was fantastic at going through the various options available and finding a competitive rate.

Although I didn't go with the income protection quote they offered (I preferred to keep it with the same provider as my company healthcare) there was no hard sell.

Never any problems with getting in contact with anyone and I go replies back promptly should I have any questions.

Will definitely use them again when it comes to mortgaging.

I wanted to buy a property that the mortgage was complicated to do. Had an initial meeting with Mat went ok. Mat seemed obsessed to go down the interest only route seemed like he had a cut if mortgages thar went down that route.

So paid the £99 application fee. Then it all went quiet. Mat went on holiday for a week. So had to wait for him to come back. I than chased him. He stated there was a meeting on the friday with another lender but in the mean time he was going to a wedding so nothing could be done in within that week why? I havent heard anything since. If your looking into a broker dont use this mob.

I went to another mortgage broker all done within 3 days and got the answers i needed.

Also seemed false advertising as on the website it leads to the fact their based in Bristol when there not.

A remarkable company. After a very complicated mortgage completed with an offer, a technical issue was later found with the mortgage company which meant the offer was not proceedable. I found Hudson Rose to be far and away the best mortgage brokers I have used over my 25 years as a homeowner . Extremely good communicators , very good online processes and importantly found ideal mortgage offering that was approved in 3 days ! Highly recommended.

I sought recommendations for a mortgage broker on my local Facebook site and the overwelming recomendation was for local company Hudson Rose. I was keen to establish how the fixed interest arrangment I have been on for some years compared to recent products given the recent BoE reduction to 0.1%. Graham Taylor did a thorough comparision comparing, like for like, my mortgage over its life, including the early redemption fee, against the available products. Graham ran through the results with me and it transpired that there was no advantage in switching so great peace of mind for me and no charge for this investigation.
