Breach of guidelines
Great product
Great product, value for money. Customer service is brilliant, they deal with queries very quickly and efficiently.
Refund of discount
Sent a mail to ask about the given discount on their official website. For whatever reason, the discount was not implemented during the purchase. So i mailed the servicedesk if i still could receive the discount they promised after i bought the product. The servicedesk responded the same day and refunded the discount amount within 1-2 days! Really amazing work how fast they responded and handled this subject. Outstanding work Huepar.

Too small font for the user manual
The user manual is written with a very very small font !
It's too small to be easely readeable !
Add a PDF version by language on your site (in EU in may case) should be a great idea and more friendly than contact you despite you answer very quickly !

I requested a user manual and they provided the PDF within 24hrs. That's service. The "laser measure" (BLM-100G) is a great value and works as described.
Honestly I was sceptical about…
Honestly I was sceptical about purchasing such a laser. Having seen this on Facebook and been in the trade for 25 years plus I own thousands of pounds worth of tools and have always chosen name brands I can trust. Not only is this laser good but the company and customer service is 100%. Since using I had a slight defect but after contacting the company in less than an hour the we’re sending a replacement free of charge. That’s why I’ve commented the product is good and the customer service is even better. I will definitely be buying more as the range gets better.
Their satisfaction promise is a joke
Their satisfaction promise is a joke - actually a straight up lie.
I have one of their most expensive products that will not transmit a laser line more than about 18 inches.
Sent a video and description and was told their technician said it appeared to be working as expected. 7/18/25 looked at Trustpilot site and saw another buyer submitting a one star review that had the exact same problem - green line will not show farther than about 10 ft from the laser. Their response was they were going to provide complete satisfaction after they learned more - same AI language they sent back to me. Their idea of complete satisfaction just means a email from an AI bot that tells you "too bad Charlie Brown"
When it works it's Great
I purchased a Lazer level its great but I did have problems after 6 months I informed the company and after 2 weeks of back and forth e mails they replaced the item to no cost,
I can be frustrating but to be fair it's like this with all companies, So I would definitely recommend this but I do hope it lasts longer with no trouble

Outstanding customer service!
I purchased a LP36 laser pole online and found a problem with one of the handles on the carry bag making it difficult to carry. I emailed Huepar customer support and received a response from Kylin within a few hours. She said she would send a replacement, and although she told me that it could take 2-3 weeks to arrive from China, it arrived sooner than expected. All of the communication I had with this company was excellent and very timely. Thank you for such a positive experience!
