Good customer service for non-working laser

I purchased the LS04CG laser level in 2022. It was great until it stopped working in 2025. I contacted the customer support team through their website. Carina Xu promptly responded that day. The laser was out of warranty but they sent me a refurbished replacement at no charge. Even though it is refurbished it looks like it is new.

Outstanding service

Outstanding service! I encountered an issue with my laser after owning it for about a year. Even though I emailed them between Christmas and New Year, they replied immediately and shipped a replacement device.

Outstanding customer service and after-sales support

I had a very positive experience with Huepar’s customer service.

After contacting them regarding a charging issue with my laser level, it turned out that some of my initial follow-up emails (including videos and the invoice) had not reached them due to a technical issue. Despite this, the support team handled the situation with great professionalism, patience, and transparency.

Carina from the Huepar support team responded quickly, clearly explained the situation, and immediately proposed a very fair solution. As the original model was out of stock, they offered me a free upgrade to a newer model, shipped at no cost, without requiring the return of the defective unit.

Communication was polite, efficient, and genuinely customer-oriented throughout the process. Mistakes can happen, but what truly matters is how a company handles them — and Huepar did an excellent job.

I can confidently recommend Huepar for both the quality of their products and their after-sales service.

Great product, excellent customer service

Excellent product, great value for money. The User Manual could have been better (in showing me how to re-calibrate the device) but Huepar Customer Service was exceptionally good and quick and helped me solve the problem in minutes.

Fantastic customer service

Fantastic customer service. My laser was damaged and recommended that it wouldn’t be worth the cost to send it for repair. A refurbished replacement was sent immediately. Thanks to Carina Xu for very speedy, friendly and helpful emails. Brilliant!

The product are a good quality

The product are a good quality, looks likes as same as his description; the laser looks very strong. The plastic box could be better because the spaces should be exact dimensions of elements for attaching.
The customer service attended my question about the shipping incomplete and they taken solution immediately. I am thankful for your assistance and recommend 100%

5star Customer service and Product

What great laser company. I’ve been using Huepar for a couple of years now, not only is the product amazing the customer service is just as good. I broke my box at work that the laser comes in and I emailed them the issue and they sent me another one free of charge. I can’t speak highly enough of them.
