I’ve had 2 issues and they’ve not only been resolved but they made sure I was satisfied both time. They didnt ask me to send it back to be repaired or offer a gift card. I ordered a Huepar 9011G laser level which unfortunately arrived with a stuck pendulum. I contacted Huepar support and received a reply from Carina very quickly — within just a few hours.
She immediately offered to send me a replacement without asking to return the defective one. The whole process was quick, polite and professional.

Bought a 3D laser from Huepar. Delivery and product were great. Unfortunatly one of the buttons stopped working. Contacted the customerservice and i was very very supprised(now days it can be very difficult to get good service) By their service. Hi. I've best experience with this company. My laser arrived with a damage, which happened in transportation. I sent the email with a photos and 5 minutes later a've confirmations email with shipment of the new laser. Best customer service.
Replacement unit
I brought a unit recently which failed on the second use. Contacted Huepar and they have rectified the issues swiftly by sending a replacement unit. Hopefully this one will be fine. Swift rectification of a faulty unit
Extremely misleading return policy
Extremely misleading return policy. It is not free and it’s not 14 days. Buy from Amazon if you have to buy a Huepar. Packaging was very poor and beat up when it arrived.
