Totally recommend Hugo Boss to shop at both online and instore
I purchased a lot of items in their singles sale last week, online. Normally get two sizes. One item I didn’t. So I tried to order (after all my items arrived & I realised my mistake) the smaller size BUT it was full price. Spoke with customer services. They said order size. If I keep they’ll refund the difference!

Poor customer service
I’m now on my third HB watch . I have thick wrists so the bracelets are a little tight . When HB used Movado this wasn’t an issue as they would send out a spare link free of charge . Now that is moved to Mistal time services they want £25 + £6.50 P&P for one link for my latest watch . You’d think a supposed quality brand like Hugo Boss would be giving better customer service than this . I’m afraid if this is the way HB is now treating customers that buy their clothing , scents and watches it’ll be the last I buy …

Goods were never delivered to me
Goods were never delivered to me. I ordered and paid on the website with CC, The courier already sent me a delivery note, but they canceled the order and pulled my orders back. They refunded my money, but never explained to me what happened.
That happened to me once and to my wife twice. I will never order from them again.
Poor customer experience and paid for goods not received
Purchased 2 T-shirts on the app and money was deducted from account; however, they have no record of the transaction in their system. I now have a dispute with CBA who will try and get the $300 back through goods purchased but not delivered.
In addition to this, the app is at best a poor experience, and I've had to re-register twice.

Avoid using the App
Visited two stores and the App does not work (Brighton on 2-/11 - it worked the day before & Gatwick) and on each occasion the app failed to load in order for me to unlock the final visit for a 20% discount which is somewhat frustrating having connected to the in-store wi-fi. Attempted to contact them by WhatsApp as the store assistants in both stores were dismissive and unhelpful, and that form of support is useless.

Sensational service
Went I entered the store in Ashford designer outlet we were warmly welcomed from the staff, very clean and well presented store, staff very helpful especially Will, lovely personality and friendly. Bought a new pair of trousers and belt, along with a black shirt (went back for it later) the girl that served me (apologies I forgot her name) also very helpful when I asked about the shirt sizes. As was Will when I asked about my trousers.
All in all a wonderful experience with such professionalism.
I will be returning in November and I can guarantee I will be popping in for another purchase.

Poor quality products
Poor quality products, overpriced and poor customer service.
We purchased a long sleeve polo shirt style top.
Quality was poor, extremely thin material.
It ripped after the first time on when my husband removed it!
Contacted Boss. They requested a receipt which unfortunately I couldn’t find. Told me to return it to Flannels where we had purchased it! 2 hours away?? Or provide bank proof - this is the option I took.
Sent a copy of my credit card bill, then turned around and told me again to take it back to the store? To probably send it back to them??
Anything to avoid sorting the problem!!
My advice is Buy “Paul Shark” - their customer service is amazing and the products are really good quality and last a lifetime.

No refund for returned suit
I bought a Hugo Boss suit this summer for my wedding. It was delivered through UPS to a local post office. Unfortunately, the suit didn’t fit so I returned it as per the website instructions and took it back to the same post office who scanned the label for returning. Hugo Boss said they never received and couldn’t trace it and said they would check with UPS who apparently also said they couldn’t trace it as I didn’t have a receipt. I subsequently had to pay for another suit despite not receiving the refund. I think Hugo Boss could have done more as I’m out of pocket for £370.

DO NOT BUY A THING FROM THEM
I ordered a full suit set from HUGO BOSS and what I received was completely unacceptable. The package arrived without the pant and without the dust bag, and even the hanger was of poor quality. For a brand that calls itself high-end, this experience was nothing short of shocking.
1. Live Chat: I first contacted HUGO BOSS through live chat and waited over 30 minutes, only to be told that they couldn’t help and that I needed to email customer service instead.
2. Email: I then emailed them and waited three days for a response, only to be told they couldn’t open the image I sent. I immediately sent a new one and waited another four days for their reply. In the end, they told me I had to return the entire order — they refused to ship the missing pant, didn’t care that the color I bought was already out of stock, and offered no solution even though I clearly mentioned I needed the suit for an upcoming event. By the time they finally replied, a full week had passed, the item was out of stock, and I was left without a suit for my event.
3. Compensation: Their idea of compensation was a 10% discount — the same one they already give to all new customers. After all the waiting, inconvenience, and frustration, that offer was insulting.
For a supposedly luxury brand, HUGO BOSS has shown zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero concern for its customers. This entire experience was a waste of time and a complete disappointment. I will never purchase from HUGO BOSS again, and others should think twice before trusting this brand.
For this price I could dress up my whole family
One t-shirt costs like a suit in some local stores. How come? Nothing special about it, material, the same as everywhere. Nobody would even notice that it’s Hugo boss, unless you show the tag. To be fair, their perfume is top class. Never had the better smell than those in their classic scent collection. Clothes sucks though for their price.

Refusing Refund for the Wrong Returned Item
I returned a pair of jeans to Hugo Boss using their official returns process and label. I have now been told that they received a completely different item, with photos of something I have never owned or sent. As a result, they have refused to issue my refund.
This is not only frustrating but deeply concerning. I am absolutely certain I returned the correct jeans, which raises serious questions about what is happening to returned parcels once they reach Hugo Boss. It seems possible that returns are being mishandled, mixed up, or even intercepted or stolen before they are properly processed.
I provided the tracking number showing that the parcel was delivered, yet I have been left with no resolution and no refund. For a brand with such a strong reputation, this is shocking and completely unacceptable.
I am a returning customer, but after this experience I have lost confidence in their return system and customer service. I will be disputing the charge with my payment provider and I strongly advise others to take photos and keep detailed proof before sending anything back, as something clearly is not right with how returns are being handled.
Hugo Boss STOLE my money — almost $3,000! Absolutely unacceptable!
I am beyond shocked and furious. I logged into my Hugo Boss account only to discover that the items I returned using their own return labels for orders #92595377 and #92595582 (sent back at the end of July - it's October 9 now) were received by them, yet no refund was ever issued.
It has now been over two months, and Hugo Boss has effectively kept my money. We’re talking about nearly $3,000 just gone. This isn’t a mistake anymore; it feels like theft.
When I called customer service, someone with very broken English answered, offered zero help, and refused to transfer me to a manager. I also submitted a support ticket four days ago, and the only response I got was, “Please wait five business days.” Seriously? You’ve had my returns for months, and that’s your answer?
This is criminal behavior, plain and simple. For a brand that prides itself on “luxury” and “class,” Hugo Boss is operating in a way that’s dishonest, unprofessional, and disgraceful.
I’ve now filed a dispute with my credit card company because Hugo Boss clearly has no intention of doing the right thing.
⚠️ Be warned: if you shop with them, you might lose your money just like I did.

Horrible service, website ordering os hoorendous, support never replies. Great products absolutely opposite services and web experience! Given the amount of complaints on trust pilot, i hope they do something!
Robots and dated systems
The jeans were great until they came apart after 4/5 wears. Couldn’t get a replacement as they offered me an online voucher which couldn’t be used instore. The store I purchased the jeans from initially was an outlet store so a lot cheaper then there online shops.
Couldn’t get any jeans for the amount issued. Wanted a refund instead and they will not give me my money back to simply spend in their shop! Now they are ignoring my emails. Customer service agents are robots.
