I use huurwoningen. I set email notification about all the new ads in Breda and Tilburg.
This agency delete then reupload their ads in every 2 hours, so I got 4 mails in every 2 hours what is always the same ad with only 1 pic.
Their website looks fake, no normal info about properties. I would never pay for them. Please go to the hell from other sites at least...
Guys... Never give money to companies like them!
I have been trying to get an appartement for over a year now. All this time I have been with the huisadviseur; I replied on their listings and even got one viewing last year. However since then their has been 0 contact. Eventhough, I tried mailing and calling them several times. My account even says I still have to complete my registration by paying the 36,- fee. I have already done this last year and it is supposed to be a one time payment...
We paid Huisaviseur 36 euros to show us student rooms in maastricht at the beginning of the university term. He claimed to have such rooms, but actually only had ones that he manages himself in Belgium, which are quite bad, especially the moldy subterranean showers. To reduce our expectations he first took us to a dump in Maastricht that looked more like a squat. Do not use private housing agents in Maastricht: outside the 3 weeks at beginning of term there are plenty of rooms on at Maastricht Student Housing and the students' own Jules agencies; inside the first 3 weeks the private agents don't have any decent rooms- they try to make people sign up for a year at an overpriced dump.
