Fraud alert
Huma Interiors and Huma Kitchens have turned our to be fraudulent operators and are attempting to get reviews removed from Trustpilot for their victims so that can continue the scam.
The company has taken over £40k money upfront from us in December and March under the pretext of delivering a Luxury Italian Kitchen from Linnea Quattro.
However after innumerable delays and excuses which include the below - they have not completed the kitchen 1 full year later and have now disappeared.
The so called Italian kitchen delivered was a flat packed chinese kitchen - and that too only 50% of the kitchen was delivered and fitted to date. They continue to insist the kitchen is Italian except that there are chinese characters on kitchen drawings and boxes provided to us and other customers.
We are in touch with the Italian manufacturer who confirms no kitchen was ordered with him, as well as the Chinese manufacturer who actually did manufacture the kitchen.
The excuses we have got include (and are not limited to)
- The shipping company has delayed
- I am on Vacation
- I am in hospital
- My fitter is out of the country
- my fitter is sick
- The stone is delayed
- the stone is broken
- the fitter cut the stone wrong so it is less than what you need
- my fitter is not doing work
- they told us they will come to install the kitchen we dont know where they are
- The factory has sent wrong panels
- the factory has sent incomplete panels
- I have a family emergency
- Fitter has an emergency
- Someone is in a coma
and the list goes on. This was how he had us fooled for over 6 months from the date of original promised delivery.
Sadly he has managed to tell similar stories to a number of other customers and is absconding with everyone's money and is attempting to kill google reviews and trust pilot reviews.
He has now fired employees and told his fitters to not speak to customers.
Stay far away and save your money - as well as the time and stress of dealing with this disaster.
There are now multiple police complaints against the Directors Hootan Tayebi, Heba Al Jobori - their names can publicly be seen on the UK Government's Companies House website where they are trying to close companies to avoid liability but have been prevented from doing so.
