Ghosted

The project started out okay, but they have entirely disappeared. They won't return any communication or cooperate in any way. They have entirely ghosted us. Do not work with them.

Promised refund still hasn’t been paid

Asked for a refund within a few days of working with them because the person assigned to us was unprofessional and didn’t seem interested.
After several months we still haven’t received our money back!
Avoid!

Hired them to manage my site after…

Hired them to manage my site after having steadily grown it for over a year myself. After working with them for 2 months and seeing little to no value I decided to cancel my subscription and end the agreement on good terms. The very next day my site was attacked and it lost tons of organic traffic and rankings. They blamed it in a google update (their usual excuse i see from other reviews). Extremely unprofessional and shady people working here.

Spent over $3,000 on this service and my site gets less reviews now then at the start. They blamed it on a google update, however they were managing my site when this happened. Horrible service. If you want to give money away. then go here.

(BEWARE) Human Proof Designs - Dropship Sites

I purchased a dropship site selling wearable technology such as smartwatches and virtual headsets with a success guarantee policy in 2021 from Human Proof Designs. Human Proof Designs (HPD) advertised that these were profitable ready-made sites. HPD's CEO also posted a video on Facebook announcing their success guarantee (first in the industry), guaranteeing customers will build a profitable online business. HPD website advertised that everyone who followed the training would make some money, and the main way to grow the site was to add content and links or run paid ads - however, those expenses were optional.

I also paid for their monthly management services, which cost about $500/mo to add content and links, but after 8+ months of organic growth, the dropship site still has yet to make a single sale. The content and links services were provided late every month. I also never received access to the HPD dashboard to view the statistics and growth results. The Dropship/eCommerce Success training course was also never provided. Whenever I log into the training page, it still says it's being updated; stay tuned.

The existing training library consists of materials geared toward affiliate sites without the need to sell and ship actual products. You could choose to grow the site from the training videos or pay HPD a monthly site-manager fee to provide those services. However, there were no training videos for a dropship site owner to handle customer/product inquiries which are the type of services needed for that element of the business.

Initially, HPD said it was good practice to have several income streams by adding affiliate content to dropship sites. But, after several months with no sales, HPD then said it was not a good idea to have blog content with links for dropship sites since this would confuse the readers and Google. This contradicts their business practice further since they have a dropshipping add-on service for $899 to add product listings to existing affiliate and blog sites. When I expressed concerns, HPD's CEO replied that the success guarantee policy does not guarantee that the site will be profitable. After several attempts to resolve the issues, HPD stopped responding to my email concerns and follow-up questions.

Not only did Human Proof Designs being dishonest with their success guarantee policy - guaranteeing a profitable online business, they claimed to have an experienced procurement team to find and source the best-selling products from reliable suppliers; but what they don't tell you before purchasing the dropship site is that the products are from AliExpress, which is an online retail service based in China. All of the products are cheap no-name brands from overseas. I also learned that according to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), anything less than 100% refund is not a guarantee but a refund policy. HPD also had possession of the dropship site, which they eventually deleted since I did not continue paying their hosting fees.

On the HPD website, the terms of service under dispute resolution state that "if the parties are unable to resolve a dispute through informal negotiations, the dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be commenced and conducted under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA)." In 2022, I filed the appropriate fees with the AAA, and notices were sent to Human Proof Designs, but HPD ignored all correspondence. I also discovered that Human Proof Designs is not even registered with the AAA's Consumer Clause Registry. A final notice was sent to Human Proof Designs to remove the AAA name from its arbitration clause, which they still have not done so.

When you google other companies, such as Empire Flippers, you will see actual reviews from real customers, but when you google Human Proof Designs, there is no google profile with genuine customer reviews. All the reviews you'll find are from affiliate sites which get a commission if you purchase any product or services through the HPD links. I recommend not doing business with Human Proof Designs for engaging in dishonest business practices. They should also change the name of their "success guarantee policy" to an "eligible refund policy" so that it's clear to the consumers.
