Less keys for more money

Been waiting for a key for over a week, site only says "temporarily exhausted" with no updates. Faq/support says they can't help me, I just have to wait, and that keys on the store and keys on bundles are "separate pools" so they can't just give me my key that they do have on hand. This was my first time, and I'm never buying from them again.

NO KEYS. EVEN AFTER PAYING FOR KEYS.

Ordered and Paid for the monthly subscription. When it came to get 3 of my keys from the bundle it tells me they are all out of keys at the moment. They can't give a date on when they will get new keys. Surely this is illegal? Selling games that you do not have???

I used to love Humble Bundle. No more.

Scammers steal money

It feels like this is not a normal site with keys, but a bunch of scammers. The order was canceled twice, but the money was debited from the card. The support service does not respond for a very long time (although 14 days, as indicated on the website, have not passed). I don’t advise anyone to use their services unless you want to waste money and spoil your mood.

Not delivering preorder keys on-time

Used to have good experience with the website. But I just had a bad experience with it recently. Preordered Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes Deluxe Edition almost half a year ago, because I could get 20% off due to my Humble Choice subscription.

It's stated that 48-hour early access is included in the deluxe edition preorder. But, now, 12 hours into the early-access period, I still don't have the key. It's just frustrating, as the customers of some competing websites already got their key.

Tried contacting customer support but they don't work on the weekends and they have a 14-workday average response time, so I doubt it will be helpful.

Won't recommend pre-ordering from this website if you want to get the key on time.

Update: received the kay about 28 hours after the start of early access.

Scammers. Not giving me my money or the bundle

Not good anymore. They are scamming people.

I paid the full amount of a bundle to get every game and I didn't get anything. In the support I gave them the transaction number and the confirmation that my bank sent the money. Their answer was that they haven't received anything.

Support isn't helping me and they're dodging my questions. Don't buy anything from them. They were good years ago, but it went downhill real fast

offers bundles that include the full game on steam but doesn't on the site, the choice subscription makes you submit to a auto sub instead of pay as you want monthly to squeeze money out of those who forget.

edit: they refunded me the money for the bundle after hearing the mix up. i have changed the stars due to the fast response and rectification of the situation.

Like to charge even after you've cancelled the monthly charge. Had this happen years ago and promised myself I wouldn't use them again but I did and now I've been charged for subsequent months even know I cancelled immediately after buying the previous months

Terrible since IGN bought them

Terrible since IGN bought them, they got slated for removing charity slider a few years back.

When they received backlash about it, and got a huge amount of negative reviews they banned all those reviewers from their Facebook page. It got so bad in recent years they just removed review system from their official Facebook page.

This is the level of immature and unprofessional behaviour that now managed their social media presence. They killed any viewership they had on Twitch by pushing woke agenda rather than actual good games.

Choice hasn't provided a good selection of games in over two years. They repeat bundles all the time, no care just lazy profiteering.

SCAM COMPANY DONT PREORDER

despite never having Infinite Wealth keys they were selling preorders of the game like nothing was wrong
they had no disclaimer on the storepage
now hours after launch i have no game and if i refund the order not only do a have to wait a few days i lose out on my preorder bonus on the game for no reason
other companies had keys for months so i have no idea why Humble decided till launch that it was an issue
also they have no timeframe for when they will have keys meaning it could be a minute or now or years from now
screw them

Poor changes and lack of respect for…

Poor changes and lack of respect for long time members. Having discount reset instantly if you stop membership but take ages to come back in full is total BS. Large increase of games where discount does not come into effect. Far to many poor choices given in humblechoice as compared to how it used to be and way too many 2d games now. Humble games are not for download anymore and have to download launcher and be active member to play which is a large downgrade to how it was prior.

Large decrease in charity game bundles and book bundles that don't suck. However there does seem more educational book bundle to before years ago I think.

Far to much pandering given to scum of society, charities to racists. Meanwhile there is a lack distinct lack of options for charities to give to that work against scum, scams and charities that don't deserve anything

I like this site

I like this site , and use it by years now , because of the subscription mostly nowadays , what is Humble Choice. They can surprise me month by month. I had one time when I needed to get in contact with them support , that was totally of my own mistake , cause I chose a game for wrong platform. The answer was pretty quick from the employee , and the not revealed key gotten refunded like in 2 days , that was prompt thing , and not 4-5 days what the text said before the transaction started. By the way 4-5 If you missing not that much in my opinion neither.
