Quality and Value battery - perfect for offgrid
This is a good, quality product. Excellent value for money. So far it has worked flawlessly in my off grid system. In fact so good, I have ordered a second one to double my capacity from 16kw to 32kw. Communication with the Victron Quattro Inverter is easy to setup. Humsienk app works well. I would recommend this battery to anyone who wants quality without being overpriced.

Great Product and Customer Service
The important thing for me was that my Rack 48V battery came packaged very well to keep it safe during shipping. That was a concern for me and it was handled very well. Also It came about 60% charged and I was able to test it with my inverter and it performed just fine. It passed all the tests I performed on it. I am still waiting for my charge controller from another vendor to see how the battery charges but am confident it will perform as it should.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Where to begin . . . basically, the customer service team changed my ship to address to my bill to address and now my batteries got shipped to the wrong location. Furthermore, it is impossible to speak to someone during normal US daytime hours using your US based customer service number. Everything requires a 24 hour response via e-mail. Totally unacceptable customer service
UPDATE: After quite a delay, the batteries finally arrived at their intended destination. I made several attempts to contact the support team by phone, including a direct China based support number during China business hours - still couldn't get anyone to talk to directly. That being said, I did consistently receive responses overnight from my emails - however, this was always a 24 hour time delay.
I am trusting from others who have reviewed the actual batteries that they will perform well, however if Humsienk really wants to grow, they need to greatly improve their customer service capabilities on the front end. I am happy to help them get their US based customer service team up and running as this is my professional background. They can reach out to me any time.
