Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. Ordered goods early November, still not received at the end of January. Emailed customer services over 30 times and getting nowhere, just ignored when asked for a refund. AVOID using this website, it’s a SCAM

HUNSN RS-39 & RS-41 fried

I've bought an RS-39 which failed, then an RS-41 which also failed the exact same way.
Running OPNsense (no video); Plugged behind a 2700joules surge protection, and using 2 USB fans
RS-39 worked 253 days, CPU fried (overheat)
RS-41 worked 31 days, CPU fried (overheat)
I shipped them back to HUNSN ($167 !)
Despite an obvious internal failure (Overheat protection not working) and running less than 1y, they ask me to pay for the repair.
EDIT 20-Aug: They said they will replace the RS-41, waiting for it to arrive ?

Worthless Warranty

I was pleased with my mini PC until it started crashing frequently. Hunsn customer service were initially very helpful but basically had me trying various ways of getting to the root of the problem myself. After a few days of that, I said that I wanted to return the pc to them, so that they could sort it out. I was told I could do that but it would have to go first to the UK warehouse and from there to China; likely to take 1 - 2 months! I didn't seem to have any choice, so asked for the address of the UK warehouse. I never heard another thing. Beware, the warranty is worthless!

Reliable product, exceptional Technical Support

Fanless firewall appliance with 6 x 2,5Gb and i3 gen12.
Runs 24/7 with proxmox, OpnSense, Home Assistant, very reliable.
Technical Support is exceptional: responsive, friendly, and very empathic when delivering not-that-good-news outside the companies control; like issues with customs.
