8 weeks from purchase and 2 weeks post temp tag expiration and no paperwork from Huntington to get tags. Dealer confirmed they have had the title for weeks. Calling is a 30 minute hold. Can't leave a call back number because their system does not recognize entering numbers from cell phone. This whole ordeal with them has been horrific. Said they mailed it last week and gave me a tracking number but USPS site says "label created, waiting on package". I have a new car I haven't been able to drive for 2 weeks with no relief in sight. Cannot put into words the level of frustration I feel every time I look my new car while waiting for a ride.

It would be helpful to flag spam Zelle accounts. I know it’s at your own risk, but you would think a bank would help protect your money from con artists

Well my mother for the last 18 years was getting her checks done for free at Huntington Bank. Because she has neuropathy in her hands, and it's hard to write. Now mind you they did about 8-12 checks a month. Now Huntington wants $7.00 a check. Nothing like ripping off a senior. But they keep taking away the conveniences that brought us to that Bank. So now we are looking for a credit union because rumor has it that big banks are a scam and a rip off. The more that I can take down the big ass companies the happier I am. We will unite to put you out of business. -uck big banks!!!! Stick with the little HONEST guy!!! You lose!!!!!

Do not get a home loan if you are in the Chicago area well at least from loan officer Bisael, terrible service! He definitely knows how to dodge phone calls and avoid his clients. If you like being told what you can and can’t do in your home buying experience, he is a your guy but if you actually want to know and be involved go to a different bank or credit union not Huntington. Banking is great! Lending is horrible. I was suppose to close on my house Feb 29th. It is now March 27th. After burning my vacation to close on Feb 29th he refused to make accommodation for me to close on an off day and refused to accept responsibility for this mishap and still wanted to charge me to extend my APR lock rate because I could not sign on his specific date. He only accepted to have charges waved after I backed out of the deal! A little too late!

I being with this bank for months now and I wish I never got an account with this bank I experienced bad customer service over the phone and they keep charging me in addition, These last fees yet leaving my account overdraft yet without me knowing

I have been banking with Huntington when it started if with another name and has changed hands many times. I started my account in 2009. I have never had a bad experience with them. The customer service agents, the tellers and not all the managers but many of them have been extremely helpful, polite, courteous and friendly. Hope the bad ones are weeding out in the process. I wish they didn't charge for overseas withdrawals, but that is what they do. Also their ATM charges outside their network is also a pain in Bank. Most accounts allow 0 balance, early direct deposit (3 days), they don't have many of the charges that other banks tend to charge. The offices are very appealing. Since I am still with them, that should tell you that they haven't been robbing my money by charging crazy fees for anything. I use them wisely and avoid the avoidable. I recommend this bank highly

Absolutely ridiculous! I've only been a customer with Huntington Bank for around 4 months, however, I've deposited a significant amount of money into my checking account since joining, well over $15k. I've started a new job and my first check was not direct deposited as it normally is, so I had to deposit my check. Today, is Friday, 2/16/24 and I was told that funds may not be available until Fri, 2/23/24 or Sat, 2/24/24. Wait, what??? So what I am suppose to do regarding my bill payments? Huntington team of processors can't call to verify the check through my employer or the bank? Should I have known, my best option would have been to use a check cashing store for this one-off circumstance. Once my check clear, I will be officially closing my account and will no longer conduct business with them. This is absolute stupidity!

I saw 2 fraudulent charges on my card. I called right away to make a report. I closed my card, I took all remaining money from my acct. After "researching" charges it was determined that they were not fraudulent charges. Despite that I did everything I needed to on my side. Also both my husband and I were at work all day during this purchase of almost 2000.00 at best buy more than 35 miles away. I went to the town where the purchase was made and filed a police report. I called Huntington to get the exact time and date. I was told since I closed the card they can no longer see what time the charges were made. As if I did something wrong, or I should have left it active. It bewilding how they came to this conclusion. I also went to my local branch with my card at the end of my work day, where they destroyed my card for me.

On two occasions at two different branches, one in West Milton, Ohio and the other in Perrysburg, Ohio. I have had exceptionally great customer service. My elderly mother's account was compromised with her writing a check to a scammer. I am still in the process of changing accounts, but have been so impressed with the kindness, patience, and helpfulness of the employees at these two branches. It has restored my faith in working with someone in person vs. over the phone or internet. Thank you Huntington for having exceptional branch employees. Kinda ridiculous, no ATM'S anywhere except for one in the middle of nowhere, won't post a deposit till late morning, .takes forever for temporary holds to complete

Huntington has always treated me fairly. Their 24 hour grace policy has really been helpful to me. I love my free checking account.

decent bank nothing great about them the only thing i don't like its takes 3 or more days to transfer money to another bank but if i go from my other bank to huntington it only takes 1 day if not on a weekend or holiday of course

Huntington Bank Western avenue Chillicothe Ohio. Too many mistakes made with a trust savings acct , that I am listed both POA & trustee. Had to keep presenting them with same paperwork over three times. They still could not correct the problem. The branch kept blaming it on the"back office". They put a freeze on the savings account never notified me until I went in to withdrawal money and they said I couldn't. Gave them the paperwork yet again, they assured the freeze would be lifted. After 7 months went to make another withdrawal. Freeze still on it. I blew my stack. Told them to get on the phone, correct the problem, close this acct and issue me a check. Which after 45 mins waiting, the acct was closed. I was issued a check. I left and I'll never do business with your bank again. They were all rude as could be through this 7 months of hell.

Took out a HELOC and they stated at closing if I kept a $25,000 balance in a checking account they would waive the $60 annual fee. Have charged me 3 years in a row, first two years they waived it but I had to call in and bother them about it. Now, suddenly in year 3 they have forgotten about waiving for the $25,000 balance in checking account. Will be closing out HELOC and taking my $25,000 in checking to another bank. If you can't keep your word about a tiny $60 annual fee then who knows what else you are not going to honor.

Huntington Bank is atrocious, their customer service is awful. They make decisions to suspend accounts and then only send you an automated email, no calls or texts or actually making sure you know what is going on. When you try to call and inquire they give you the run around and hide behind their policies which often contradict. They provide no actual help and really don't seem to care. The woman I talked to Sheryl and her supervisor James were very unhelpful, rude, condescending and they lied and contradicted themselves over and over. James the supervisor ended up cutting off our call when I asked to speak with his supervisor. I have still not been helped, they would not give me a file number or anyone to call directly saying it was the 800 number or nothing. My question is, why offer customer service if you aren't going to actually help your customers? Why send automated emails about sensitive account information, why not actually call me-- use your customer service representatives to actually be proactive instead of giving me the run around when I call with a legitimate issue?

The worst bank I have ever worked with. The customer service is terrible. They are unprofessional and unorganized. They lost the title to a vehicle that was paid off and have been terrible to work with. You should avoid at all cost.

I can hardly believe that a bank can have ONE person listed on a joint account able to close the account without both parties consent.
Also. Huntington bank does NOT give loans to non citizens. What about the thousands of people who live in the USA that are legal residents?
Unbelievable.

I can't overstare how annoying this company is and how quick I'll be changing banks. The returning of funds when it goes over the amount I have is ridiculous. Charge me an overdraw fee but don't RETURN THE FUNDS SO NOW I OWE A PENALTY FOR THAT TOO!!!!!!
