Ordered grey contact lenses and sent me blue colour instead, trying contact them through email but no response . It’s a waste of time ordering from them 😡

Ordered lipstick on the afternoon and paid for next day delivery. Received via DPD by 9 am by the next day.

purchased a pair of your white contact lenses to wear for Halloween and when I tried to put these in you literally
can't see a thing out of them? Surely you should be able to see something? Your
Practically blind👩‍🦯 I've purchased white out lenses before from other companies and they certainly don't do this to your vision.. yes they do say Vision is limited but it doesn't say you won't have vision at all!! What's the point in them? Hunt or dye refused to refund!

I would not order again!
I ordered and paid next day delivery, received an email saying there was a delay and I wouldn’t received product until Monday which is no good I need them for Saturday. I have tried calling multiple times no answer so sent an email. Really disappointed.

I paid for next day delivery it’s now been a week since I’ve ordered and still havnt received my order. I emailed them and they said they’ve looked up my order number and can’t find it so they’ve sent me another pair but won’t be received until after halloween which is no good to me, absolutely fuming will never be ordering from here again.

Free delivery, cheap prices, and a huge range. Can't really ask for more.

Have been ordering from here for over a year and cannot fault them. Great selection of dyes, face paints etc and the delivery is quick. Have been a couple of times when a certain colour hasnt been in stock so have checked the box to be notified alonbg with my e-mail address; either the same day or the day after I have recived an notification to say the colour I wanted is in stock. Great service and my goto place for anything hair dye related.

Have ordered hair dye a few times from this company now and iv had no problems and they regularly have them at a lower price then other online shops.

I ordered some contact lenses the day before Halloween at 2pm with next day delivery. I wasn't sure they'd arrive in time but sure enough and they arrived at 11am the next day! They were exactly what I expected, and they were comfortable to wear for the duration I needed them for. I'm honestly so impressed, I wouldn't think twice about using them again!

The customer service is excellent. I was initially sent the wrong item, so got through to them to sort this. They promptly responded to me and sorted this without any issues- can’t thank them enough. Will definitely be using their services again.

I order 5 packs of eyelashes, when I send the goods they tell me that the product I ordered where my money has already been deducted is not there and so they offer me a hair cream. .I say that I don't need the cream and ask for a refund, they rewrite me saying that there was an error and that the lashes are there. We confirm everything and they rewrite me telling me that the packages will be 4 and not 5. .I receive an e-mail from the courier telling me that I have to pay 30 € in duties, I remember that my order was 45 € the duties are almost as much as the expense. .I say that the site did not indicate that I would have to pay the duties, I ask for a refund and they tell me that they will not refund me and that they will deduct the money to pay them the duties. Absurd zero transparency and zero professionalism! I will never buy from them again! .

Poor company! Ordered 2 outfits, one wasn’t as it looked in the picture and the other one faulty. Impossible to get a return address out of them and they’ve sent a rubbish email saying not accepting returns in the current situation. What a load of lies - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Recently bought some pulp riot semi hair colour and what can i say it was terrible !!! I did pre-ligthen and follow the manufacturers instructions and the colour was ment to be a deep purple and it did nothing, i mean nothing no purple whats so ever. really disappointed and will not use this brand again. I paid extra for the delivery and came 1 day late .

Still haven’t received my items and now they aren’t replying to my emails. Never buying from here again .

Brought some eye contacts sadly due to no fault of there own more DPD as they did not follow the instructions and the parcel got damaged, sent an email explaining got a refund all very easy and quick but will definitely be using again for future purchases great service provided

I bought the Violette hair dye, with the brush, and basically all the dye did was dye my scalp and hands blue. My hair looks grey, this company is really kind and has great hair things but it didn’t work for me as I have blonde hair, I don’t know what I did wrong, because it usually shows up the best on blonde hair. It worked a tiny bit, but as I said earlier it’s grey.

Placed my first order with them last week and the order was received this week. I had a couple of queries which the Customer Care team promptly answered in a very timely and helpful manner. I will definitely be using them again.

So I've seen a couple reviews here saying that Huntordye don't ship the product or they have bad customer service, but from my experience it wasn't that bad.

I bought colored contact which were to be delivered to Canada and they came within about a month.

I did however become anxious about them not coming in because of the reviews here and the terms and conditions that declared they only sold in the UK. So, I emailed customer service who very politely confirmed my order and gave an estimate on when it would come (I chose the worldwide delivery option). For worldwide delivery, the don't give a tracking code!!

MAKE SURE TO CHECK THE DELIVERY ADDRESS WHEN CHECKING OUT. They will put UK as default, so that may be why some people never go their orders!!

I haven't opened my package yet to inspect the contacts as I did buy one day contacts but i'll update this review in April when I will be using them for a cosplay!

the absolute WORST. Horrible customer service, website is awful, I used a seperate delivery address yet they still delivered it to my billing address. Claims to have tracked delivery yet only tells you when the order is dispatched, no tracking number. Hugely disappointing, would not shop again if they paid me
