Timely delivery and good communication throughout

Another great purchase. This is the second Series 1 I have bought from this great company. Ultra-comfortable and ideal for Home Office use. And Office I would say. Very supportive chair, and it oozes quality. Easy ordering process. The chairs are made to order and delivery and packaging and a cut above. Very prompt processes and service has a real personal touch. Jenny kept me informed throughout and is super helpful. Highly recommended.

********EDIT: Although I had to return the chair myself, they helped me arrange a cheap collection for only £50 and were professional throughout the process. Originally I left them one star, but they do business in good faith and have changed my mind. Would recommend.

Communications throughout were good and helpful accommodation before purchase. However, after not being 100% happy with a £1100 chair I have to arrange and pay for my own return. Whereas competitors offer free collections / returns. Considering that I am liable for the transport of goods, I have to go for a more premium shipping option. Keep this in mind before buying as you may be out of pocket a considerable amount if not happy with chair.

I was ready to purchase a "proper" high-end desk chair for the days that I work from home to save my back and bum. I've been using Ikea chairs for most of my life and, while useable for a few hours at a time, are not really suited for whole-day work-from-home days. I did some research and decided to purchase a Steelcase Amia office chair. I wanted to purchase it from an official retailer, found Hunts Office, and made a purchase online.

My experience with Hunts was excellent. They provided immediate and regular communication on the ETA of the chair, which was delivered on-time. I had a minor but common issue with the chair (the peg at the bottom of the chair protruded to the floor) and took a photo of it and they immediately arranged the minor repair and phoned to confirm that follow-up the repair was satisfactory.

The chair is now perfect. I am very satisfied with the communication and professionalism of Hunts and would not hesitate to recommend them or place a purchase from them again in the future.

There was constant communication on the status of my chair which is much appreciated. It arrived on time and in good quality.

Package was stolen by courier, company did offer a replacement but had to wait an extra 6 weeks minimum for it to be custom made again.

Fantastic delivery service, have back issues so was a relief not to deal with moving or unboxing the chair. Highly recommend.

I have been buying and using Steelcase chairs since the 70's. I had one that was so good that I had it recovered 4 times! If you have moved on from nasty cheap chairs that are uncomfortable at best and damaging to your skeleton at worst, these are the best on the market at the price.

We just wanted one chair for a home office and found the Hunts' Office website and confgurator easy to use. The chair arrived on time - fully assembled. It is well constructed and exceeds expectations.

Good luck enjoying 'WITHIN TOLERANCE' defects and 'FORGED RECEIPT TRICK' after you purchased a 1000-pound chair.

My Okamura Contessa 2 chair went squeaky and wobbly like a cheap chair AFTER ONLY TWO MONTHS (and I'm only 140 pounds).
Their first response is to argue that these issues are 'WITHIN TOLERANCE', while they can arrange an INDEFINITE visit: only when there's another shipment nearby my address. After I said I will share this experience online, they immediately confirmed an 'available date'.

During the visit, their installation staff told me that these existing issues are unrepairable by him, and he offered to replace it with a new chair. Minutes after he left, he returned with a receipt for me to sign saying that 'IT'S JUST PROOF OF VISIT', which I signed with explicit reluctance and dissatisfaction.

HERE COMES THE MOST INTERESTING PART. Later, their customer service team added the line 'situation solved to my satisfaction' (written by a different person with a different pen LOL) above my original signature. They are claiming that based on this FORGED RECEIPT, there will be NO FURTHER SOLUTION. Luckily, I did record all my conversations during the visit.

In summary, please do not hesitate to buy your furniture from this FRAUD dealer, you will definitely enjoy a pleasant experience :)

Bought a REPLY chair, it is just perfect, beautifully built, spotlessly delivered and the purchasing process was so easy, great company, great products.

Website was easy to use and well presented.
Once items were ordered the customer service was friendly, informative and very helpful.
Delivery of the items was seamless and support staff were a pleasure to deal with.
The desk and chair are high quality and I now genuinely look forward to working from home.
All in all a fabulous experience and would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their home office set up.
