What customer servive?

Although ordered early hours of Monday morning, still awaiting delivery by Friday - eventhough using GLS. Telephone line only open for 3 hours a day and still no answer. Not able to get hold of their customer service.

After six days the order who are on …

The website informed that 10 items were on stock and I could expect delivery within two days.
After six days the order was not delivered.
Not possible to contact the company by phone (answering machine mentioned that something was wrong) and I received no reply on my emails to the company.
I therefor cancelled the order.
