The technician on time, earlier than expected, actually. He fixed our machine very quickly. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 starts is the actual wait for the repair, which was quite long.

Technician showed up on time and was very friendly. He worked quickly and was able to advise me on what the best next step would be in dealing with my not functioning dryer. Lots of good communication via SMS and email prior to the appointment to keep me up to date. Highly recommend!

I feel robbed
I hired their services to look at my dishwasher that was not working. The price included the trip to my place and 20 min of the technician working time for 1195 DKK. In between my booking time and appointment time I had an issue with my extractor hood, so I asked them to include looking at the hood in the same appointment, I expected to pay extra for that service. The technician came to my place and looked at the dishwaher for approx 15 minutes and at the hood extractor for approx 1 minute concluding that nothing was wrong with my hood extractor. Total price: 2390 DKK. They charged me the trip twice. The technician thought that the hood extractor service should not be charged and asked the office about it, they said no. I paid, but felt robbed. The consequence is a bad review and never hire them again.

The service was quick, friendly, and helpful. I have received a few too many automated SMS regarding the service between the first case registration and the actual service, to the point it was starting to feel spammy, but the service itself was great.
