A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Lies upon lies from the smiling salesman with unjustified delays that cost us a lot of money. In our opinion H. Wald & Co are highly unprofessional, even unethical. Our purchase was incestuous as a staff member was the vendor and their solicitor, we were told, was a friend, they all seemed to play the game together and when it suited them there was little concern for seeing the purchase progress. Our own solicitor was at a loss to understand what was going on. Then when "the vendor's" circumstances changed they wanted to rush, asking to go ahead without searches! We eventually accepted the services of a go between to avoid being in touch with Wald, that's how bad it got. We note that H. Wald & Co have since become associated with MOTIS (who were not involved) but as they have kept the same staff it's reasonable to expect the same level service.
