Hyatt Hotel - Chantilly, France

Such a beautiful setting but......Catering is lamentable. Room service menu negligible and after two hours... it never arrived. There is no other food available other than one restaurant, at specific times.If guests arrive late, there is nothing to eat. There were no large towels at the pool. The rooms are badly designed and shabby - knobs falling off, drains blocked misplaced furniture. Dust from outside stayed on the carpet for four days during our stay. one guest only had his suit returned just in time for a wedding - same day pressing? forget it. Charming young staff but seemingly untrained, we were unable to see a manager during our stay.

The Hyatt hotel in Jacksonville Florida…

The Hyatt hotel in Jacksonville Florida everything started fine I had a great stay and when it was time to leave that's when all the drama started first two days later I get a bill on my business account saying I owe them $300 so when I finally called them back to speak to their security person there in Jacksonville Florida she was Subaru and the young lady that sent me to her before I even talked to her was excited to send me to this rude person and I didn't understand why until I started talking to them so I explained to them that what was the fee for and she explained to me that it was evidence of smoke so I explained evidence and what I got was we have pictures so I said let's talk about it and I explained to them everything what they thought was me smoking and it was a but laughing a joke so now I have to come on trust pilot here to put this review up all I wanted to do is have a fair shake I'm a working hard DJ from Cross Phoenix Arizona and to come all the way to Jacksonville Florida to be treated like this I never stay in a hide again and I recommend our group which I'm partially president of to ever staying there again and make sure our money go somewhere else because everything else was fine until then and it seems like they don't want to do anything about it no problem I'll just make sure my money go elsewhere and if higher management accepts people being treated like this then I use a national campaign to stop anybody that I know from coming

Currently staying at Hyatt Apartments…

Currently staying at Hyatt Apartments in Stratford, London and having a great time. The highlight of the day is breakfast team who are absolutely wonderful to help kickstart your day with warm welcome every day, the services, the wide variety of choices for breakfast and the manager goes out extra length to ensure you get everything you need. The even went out to shop for coconut milk spacially for me and didn't even realise it as it was so quick. This place is absolutely amazing, buzzing with guests and warmth of staff, their energy starting from the concierge, reception, catering staff and cleaners. A very happy, buzzing place where you the guest is the focus of their day and night.

Hyatt Corporate greed & Inflexible Service

We booked the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana in Feb, The reviews were/are fabulous and it certainly looks like the best hotel on the island. However, as we well know the airline industry is in turmoil right now and British Airways are cancelling flights left right and centre. 14 days before travel I called Reservations and asked if they could reduce the cancellation window from 14 days to 3, otherwise I could lose the $6000 for the room booking should British Airways decide to cancel the flight the week before and I could not find any other airline to Accommodate us. Hyatt Made it very clear and were unwavering - in that if we didn’t turn up for any reason, airline cancellation or otherwise… We would get no refund on the $6000. As such, the risk was too high and I had to cancel leaving me having to pick my way through the leftover hotels this week. There is no customer service in this approach, they are just passing all the risk on to the customer… Poor service and corporate greed. Shame on them....the world has changed...so must they. They have ruined our summer holiday.

Mixed rooms for HUMANS and rooms with humans and dogs.

Hello,
I did stay three nights at The Hyatt House in Portland Downtown. In general, I was happy for the perfect location, close to downtown, river and public transportation. Staff is friendly, but Martin, gave me an upscale and personalize service.
I was surprised to realize that this hotel accepts dogs, of course it is “pet friendly” the problem is that dogs are allowed in any room and in any floor, I found this is very repulsive! Really? Dogs are not humans, they smell bad, their hair is everywhere…
PLEASE I wish the High Management would do something concerning this matter. PLEASE do not mixed rooms for HUMANS and rooms with humans and dogs.
PLEASE no dot impose us (People who do not want to pay a room, which smell dog, to be around dogs in the hotel, elevator, and rooms)!
Instead, I believe Hyatt Corporation has the resources to have certain hotels ONLY for humans with DOGS. For those persons DOGS are more important that their own children and consider them as their family!
PLEASE, I hope Hyatt will consider us HUMANS more important that ANIMALS, in this case dogs.
Martin did request to housekeeping to clean my room to make disappear the DOG SMELL. I really appreciated his hospitality and high attention to my wellbeing.
If the Policy concerning DOGS change, I would return to this hotel and recommended it to family and friends.
Finally, I suggest you can talk to the housekeepers who some of them were yelling from one extreme to the other on the floor. This is not very respectful for guess who can be working, relaxing or walking.

Sneaky app and bad customer service

I am a part of the member program, and I often use the app to reserve a room. I used the app for my latest reservation where I proceeded to choose the room that had the best offer. This room was a part of a no refund, no cancellation policy room but you would never know that unless you clicked the small, fine print tab that provided that information. Nowhere on the main page for the room was that information provided. I am very disappointed with my experience after having been a loyal customer for so long. I don’t feel like I should have to search around to see if I am being mislead for any reason when all typical hotel stays have a 24-48 hours cancellation policy. I felt like they were sneaky in the way the room was offered along with the details. We were going with a sports team and my family had to stay away from the rest of the team because I was not allowed to cancel. I would have no problem with it if it stated that information clearly instead of being sneakily placed. I will no longer be staying at Hyatt properties and when booking team stays, we will use other chains for our stays.

I booked and paid for my stay through Expedia

I booked and paid for my stay through Expedia. Upon checkin at the Stratford - London hotel, the receptionist checked it was paid and asked for a £50 pre-authorisation of my card, which I reluctantly did.

2 days later I find that I have been charged in full twice. Of course, now I am in the fight of trying to get my money back. I spoke with 'Rocko' yesterday and he promised the Manager of Finance would call me. He didn't. I called again this morning and Rocko couldn't explain why I had not been called back.

Although the Hotel stay was good, I cannot stand this dishonest way of doing business and now having to fight to get back my money. It's shabby and I will not ever use Hyatt again.

Dont book any hotel through Hyatt in Mexico!

Dont book any hotel through Hyatt. They Will cancel your stay and charge you if they have a busy Season!

We went through an emergency landing with our flight and therefore, we were late with our check in.

Hyatt Ziva Cancelled our booking, but charge us for the entire stay without even reaching out to us before cancellation and taking our Money.

We ended up in Cancun airport without a place to stay or go to with our 1-year Old baby, who was sick through this 36 hour nightmare.

We were going to celebrate my boyfriend 50 year birthday, but ended up with this nightmare due to Hyatt Zivas unprofessionel behaviour.

Hyatt Place Daytona attempted invasion

My husband and I stayed at Hyatt Place in January 2022. It was a decent hotel, a bit outdated but there was a nice breakfast, and the ocean views can’t be beat. However, about an hour before we checked out a man knocked on our door. He said he was with the police and he needed to come in the room. I opened the door just slightly to get a look(dumb). But then I quickly shut door when I saw he didn’t look like police. He hit the door, yelled but left. I told the front desk and messaged the manager. The hotel said they would report this incident but I never heard from anyone. The manager never contacted me either. We were on a high floor. Apparently, anyone can enter the hotel and go up the stairs or even get on the elevator. Totally ruined our visit! My husband and I were upset about this for days. I can’t believe I opened the door when he said he was police! You just don’t expect anything like this when you are in an oceanfront Hyatt. Unsafe!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pathetic service - Hyatt House Washington DC/The Wharf…

Disappointing and unscrupulous service from the Hyatt House Washington DC/The Wharf, and certainly not the quality service I would expect being part of the Hyatt family. I made my booking using Booking.com. When I arrived on Jan 29, I showed my email and confirmation number (2170737111) as well as the price to be paid, $469.34. They registered my credit card and said I will be charged afterwards in case I used any incidentals, etc. On February 1, I checked out using key drop off as they advised due to covid and the line at the front desk, but afterwards did not receive any email receipt, but I noticed on my credit card statement that I was billed on February 4 the amount of $626.02. After calling long distance and being put on hold for over 20 minutes, I finally spoke with a manager who pretty much said tough luck, it was my problem and that I needed to follow-up with Booking.com. Booking.com said that the Hyatt is being unscrupulous in not honoring the rate that its arrangement with Booking.com. Thus, Booking.com will separately bill Hyatt and reimburse me. In the meantime, I have been hugely inconvenienced and will not use Hyatt (or Booking.com) again. Pathetic.

GO ELSE WHERE

Where do you start av stayed in a lot of hotels in my life time traveling around with work. I turned up at the hotel and was told by the chauffeur no parking spaces so go park at the jurys inn carpark. The mini bar was taking out coz of COVID-19 but there was bottles of water and tea and coffee. We got into a £220 a night room what was dirty. Old worn furniture, tv didn't work, wires burnt and could of got a shock from this. I went down to the main desk and there didn't have any rooms and was told the manager would call me but never did.... Clayton hotel is cheaper and it's miles better rooms and cleanness we was there last week. Jurys inn is better then this hotel..... Save your money and go else where.

Braintree Hyatt- great location; Wifi awful

Braintree Hyatt- perfect location, modern, clean, well-lit, spacious.

+ Free breakfast (but boring)
- $3 for a bottle of water

- Dreadful WiFi in rooms. Knocked off repeatedly, Impossible to stream anything! TV channels are limited so this was extremely frustrating during a multiple day stay.

Hyatt Centric Faneuil Hall Boston

2 night stay. Couple. Perfect location. Check-in was seamless. Front desk staff friendly and helpful with local restaurant recommendations. We had visited Boston before so we knew the sites around. Room was spotless and amenities (wi-fi, fridge, hair dryer, TV - lots of channels. coffee machine) was perfect for the two of us. There is a small bakery stand located in lobby that we bought breakfast from in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

Lmao I left a bad review for them because I had a bad experience there and a they had the nerve to try lie say I left a bad review on the wrong hotel. Lol I know which hotel I booked and went to. I choose this one because it was the closet one to the destination I was heading to from the airport for a business trip and they gonna lie and say I'm making up stuff. I have proof and I had a iPad stolen from me there from a female spanish housekeeper. I know she stole it because I have the app find my phone and I was able to locate it. It was a iPad I got from work to use for work. She lucky she a female or else it would of turn out differently. If I went to the wrong hotel like you said which I know I didn't. Give me my refund then. I guess I just I contact the BBB and say you guys scam me and stole from me in which you did. I had explain my job what happen to the iPad. I had pay them for replacement. To bad she doesn't know the passcode to unlock it. I should get a lawyer. Thieves!

!. Door lock was out dated and needed a new battery, I had to call the customer service in the hotel to get service to get into my room.

2. TV did not work and I had to call downstairs and then go downstairs to as for a service person to fix that.

13. I had to approach the cleaning lady in the hallway for service and ask her to please clean my room, leave some wash clothes that were not thin and worn out.

3. After that degusting
event, when I came back from my long day of site seeing shopping, eating, socializing with my Book Club Peers.

4. I discovered that the room was never cleaned from the last person.
empty water bottles in the trash by the desk/TV
long black hairs in the bath tub. Dust on the furniture where the safe and refrigerator were inside.

5. No bags for used clothing.

6. Friday night when I cam back to the room someone had came in I assume from housekeeping and just half pulled up the sheets...another turn dragged it up over the "Whatever" did not make the bed ???

7. Concierge was Great!

8. Café was Great!

9. House Keeper said the people downstairs had given her instructions not go into the room. That I did not need or want service.

10. The lady at the front desk gave me a $50.00 credit.

11. I am a high allergic person so I asked for non-allergy room and sheets changed daily.

12. I think you need to credit my total stay, it was a Hotel Experience from Hell!
